Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava trženje ekoloških krušnih izdelkov v okviru podjetja Krejan-Levec d.o.o. V uvodu so predstavljene glavne značilnosti ekološke pridelave in predelave, problemsko stanje, metodologija in hipoteze, ki so osnova za tržno raziskavo. Teoretični del naloge vsebuje ključna področja marketinga, kjer se povezujejo teoretična izhodišča in praktični primeri. Poseben poudarek je na segmentiranju in pozicioniranji ter marketinškemu spletu. Praktični del vsebuje tržno raziskavo, s katero smo pridobili nekaj pomembnih povratnih informacij za nadaljnje delo in razvoj, odgovore na zastavljene hipoteze ter korelacijo. V zaključku smo nekaj besed namenili strategiji marketinga, poslovni odličnosti in zadovoljstvu kupcev.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work treats marketing of organic bread products in the company Krejan-Levec d.o.o. The introductory part deals with the main features of organic production, problem situation, methodology and hypothesis, which are the starting point for market research. The theoretical part of the work contains the key areas of marketing, theory and practical examples. Special emphasis is placed on segmentation, positioning and marketing mix. The practical part contains market research, we obtained some important feedback information for further work and development, answers to hypothesis and calculation of correlation. In conclusion we have dedicated a few words to marketing strategy, business excellence and customer satisfaction.
