Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bil določiti ostanke pesticidov v vzorcih žitaric in izdelkih iz žit. Za določitev ostankov pesticidov v vzorcih žitaric smo uporabili metodo plinske kromatografije z masno selektivnim detektorjem (GC/MS) in metodo izbranih ionov (SIM – selected ion monitoring). Za kvantitativno določitev z GC/MS smo uporabili interne standarde alfa-HCH-D6 in fenantren-D10. Rezultate vsebnosti ostankov pesticidov smo ovrednotili glede na zahteve analizne metode (linearnost, ponovljivost, obnovljivost, točnost, meja določjivosti – LOQ, meja zaznavnosti – LOD, selektivnost).

Secondary abstract: The aim of diploma thesis is determination of pesticide residues in cereals and products of cereal. Gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used for determination of pesticide residues. Phenantrene –D10 and alpha-HCH-D6 were used as internal standards for quantitation purposes. Results were statistically evaluated according to validation requirements (linearity, repeatability, accuracy, reproducibility, limit of quantitation, limit of detection, selectivity).
