Abstract

V praktičnem delu smo izvedli intervju in rešili smo GET test s različnimi podjetniki.

Secondary title: Motivating factor for self-employment
Secondary abstract: In the diploma seminar, we tried to explain what motivation is, how to share it and how it affects the self-employment. Motivation is the process by which people are motivated to behave and act in a certain direction. In the theoretical part, we described the entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial process, and motivation. For motivation, we focused on motivational factors, which may be psychological or nonpsychological. Because of motivational factors the person makes a decision to do the business and these factors accompany the entrepreneur his entire career and change in the meantime. In the practical part, we interviewed and completed the GET test with different entrepreneurs. Our aim was to find out which are the motivating factors that are leading them on their entrepreneurial career. We also wanted to know which motivational factors are more important to them. Based on the interview we have conducted the GET test with entrepreneurs and then commented and compared the results with the answers of the interview.
