Povzetek

Covid-19 je prinesel veliko sprememb v organizacijsko klimo v osnovnih šolah. Namen magistrskega dela je preko teoretičnih izhodišč in empirične raziskave ugotoviti, kakšen je vpliv covid-19 na organizacijsko klimo v izbrani osnovni šoli. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili organizacijsko klimo, njene vrste in dimenzije. Definirali smo proučevanje in spreminjanje klime v organizaciji ter zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, podali smo tudi osnovne informacije o covid-19 in delu od doma. V empiričnem delu smo anketirali zaposlene v izbrani osnovni šoli preko spletne ankete. Podatke smo grafično predstavili in jih analizirali s programom za statistično analizo SPSS. Na osnovi postavljenih ciljev smo ugotovili, da zaposleni na delovnem mestu med epidemijo covid-19 niso bili zadovoljni. Zaznali smo, da je delo od doma prineslo številne težave s komunikacijo v izbrani osnovni šoli. Rezultati so pokazali, da je bilo treba poučevanje oziroma predajanje znanja in učni načrt zaradi epidemije prilagoditi. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je covid-19 prinesel spremembe v organizacijski klimi izbrane osnovne šole, ki se je malenkostno poslabšala. Naš predlog je, da bi v izbrani osnovni šoli izvedli več izobraževanj, nagrad in pohval, da bi se zaposleni na delovnem mestu bolje počutili. Prav tako bi s teambuildingom, z delavnicami in s skrbjo za prijetno ozračje poskrbeli, da se organizacijska klima spet izboljša.

Sekundarni povzetek: Covid-19 brought many changes in organizational climate in primary school. Purpose of master's thesis was to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the organizational climate in the selected primary school trough theoretical background and empirical research. In the theoretical part, we presented the organizational climate and the types and dimensions of organizational climate. We also defined the study and climate change in the organization. In addition, we defined the employee satisfaction; we provided basic information about Covid-19 and working from home. In the empirical part, we surveyed employees in the selected primary school via an online survey. The data was analysed and graphically presented; the data was analysed using the SPSS statistical analysis program. Based on the goals we set, we found that employees in the workplace during Covid-19 epidemic were not satisfied. We also noticed that working from home brought many communication problems in primary school we chose. The results showed that it was necessary to adjust the teaching and the curriculum due to the epidemic. We also found that Covid-19 brought changes in the organizational climate in primary school, the climate got worse than it was before Covid-19. Our suggestion would be to implement more opportunities for education, awards and praise; we think that would make employees feel better in the workplace. We would also make sure that the organizational climate improves again with teambuilding, workshops and a pleasant atmosphere.
