Povzetek
V diplomskem delu z naslovom Program Mali sonček in njegov vpliv na razvoj gibalnih sposobnosti predšolskih otrok smo v okviru teoretičnega dela predstavili posamezne gibalne sposobnosti, kako lahko vplivamo na njihov razvoj ter sam program Mali sonček in njegove stopnje. Namen diplomskega dela z naslovom Program Mali sonček in njegov vpliv na razvoj gibalnih sposobnosti predšolskih otrok je raziskati, ali vsebine, ki se izvajajo v okviru programa Mali sonček, vplivajo na razvoj gibalnih sposobnosti pri otrocih. Cilj je ugotoviti, kako razvite so gibalne sposobnosti otrok, vključenih v program Mali sonček, in otrok, ki v program niso vključeni. V okviru diplomskega dela smo izvedli empirično raziskavo, v kateri je sodelovalo 15 otrok iz dveh vrtcev, vrtca Velenje in vrtca Pernica, v starosti od 4 do 6 let. Otroke smo testirali dvakrat v obdobju 5 mesecev z 10 motoričnimi testi. Sodelovali sta tudi vzgojiteljici obeh skupin otrok, s katerimi smo izvedli krajši intervju, ki je vseboval 6 vprašanj. Rezultati so pokazali, da so otroci iz vrtca Velenje pri večini testov dosegli boljše rezultate kot otroci iz vrtca Pernica. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da sam program Mali sonček ne vpliva veliko na razvitost vseh gibalnih sposobnostih pri otrocih.

The theoretical part of the diploma dissertation entitled The Mali sonček programme and its effects on the development of motor abilities in pre-school children describes different motor abilities, the way we can influence their development as well as the Mali sonček programme and its levels. The purpose of the diploma dissertation was to examine whether the activities implemented within the Mali sonček programme have an influence on the development of motor abilities in children. Its aim was to determine how developed are the motor abilities of children who take part in the Mali sonček programme and of those who do not. As part of the diploma dissertation, an empirical study was carried out among 15 children aged 4-6 from two pre-schools, Velenje and Pernica. The children were tested using 10 motor tests twice in a period of 5 months. The teachers of both groups of children participated in the tests as well and we conducted short interviews with them consisting of 6 questions. The results showed that in most tests the children from Velenje pre-school performed better than the children from Pernica. Based on the obtained results, we have also concluded that the Mali sonček programme itself does not have a significant impact on the development of all motor abilities in children. |
