Encouraging creativity in art education |

Graduate work in the theoretical part describes in detail various aspects of creativity. I applied philosophical view of Claude Levi-Strauss, renowned designer Bruno Munari, pedagogical Barica Marentič Požarnik, psychological Edward De Bono, all the way to the art teacher Bogomil Karlavaris, who defined some distinctive factors of creativity: originality, flexibility, fluency or sensitivity, elaboration and redefinition. Based on the two activities from the field of flat and spatial design, which I have done with children in primary school, we had three evaluators who assessed their work through those factors. I was wondering: how can we interpret different aspects of artistic creativity, how the factors of creativity are combined between diferent students and how we can encourage individual creativity of students in the field of art. In the final part, I linked my findings with theoretical work. |

Diplomsko delo v teoretičnem delu podrobneje opisuje različne vidike ustvarjalnosti. Tako sem uporabila filozofski pogled Claude Levi-Straussa, mnenja priznanega oblikovalca Bruna Munarija, pedagoški pogled Barice Marentič Požarnik, psihološki Edvarda de Bona, vse do likovnega pedagoga Bogomila Karlavarisa, ki je določil tudi nekatere izrazite faktorje ustvarjalnosti: originalnost, fleksibilnost, fluentnost ali tenkočutnost, elaboracijo in redefinicijo. Preko dveh dejavnosti s področja ploskovnega in prostorskega oblikovanja, ki sem jih izvedla pri osnovnošolskih otrocih, smo nato trije ocenjevalci vrednotili njihova dela skozi navedene faktorje. Zanimalo me je, kako lahko interpretiramo različne vidike ustvarjalnosti na likovnem področju, kako se faktorji ustvarjalnosti kombinirajo pri različnih učencih in kako lahko vzpodbujamo ustvarjalnost individualnih učencev na likovnem področju. V zaključnem delu pa sem povezala ugotovitve izvedenih dejavnosti s teoretičnim delom. |
