Povzetek

Trenutno na trgu oziroma po svetu obstaja veliko različnih podjetij, ki si med seboj konkurirajo in tekmujejo kdo ima več kupcev, kdo ima večji dobiček, kdo ima bolj usposobljen kader ipd. Podjetja so se začela zavedati, da stari načini poslovanja ne bodo večno delovali in da zaposleni v podjetju niso le roboti, ki opravljajo svoje delo za dobiček podjetja, temveč, da so ljudje z različnimi sposobnostmi, ki jih je potrebno razvijati in negovati, saj lahko tako več prinesejo podjetju. Podjetja dajejo večji poudarek na razvoj managementa človeških virov v podjetju. Zavedajo se, da so človeški viri eden izmed najpomembnejših virov v podjetju in da lahko podjetju prinašajo dodatno vrednost ter konkurenčno prednost. V podjetjih vse bolj načrtujejo človeške vire in predvidevajo potrebe po delavcih, da se na te lažje pripravijo. Načrtovanje človeških virov se v podjetju začne že z izbiro ustreznega kadra, saj na ta način zagotovijo dobre in ustrezno usposobljene zaposlene. Pri tem pa se delo managementa človeških virov ne konča, saj je zaposlene potrebno nenehno izobraževati in usposabljati, jih ustrezno motivirati in nagrajevati, da bodo še naprej z veseljem ter dobro opravljali svoje delo. Namen magistrskega dela je bil preučiti oz. analizirati kako poteka načrtovanje človeških virov v podjetju Akers valji Ravne d.o.o. Z raziskavo pa ugotoviti koliko pozornosti podjetje nameni načrtovanju človeških virov, na kakšen način načrtovanje poteka ipd. Magistrsko nalogo sestavljata teoretičen in empiričen del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili management človeških virov, opisali strateški managment človeških virov in strategije človeških virov. Preučili in predstavili smo funkcije managementa človeških virov in pristope k razvoju človeških virov. Ugotovili smo kakšen pomen imajo človeški viri v sodobnih organizacijah in natančno opisali in preučili potek načrtovanja človeških virov v podjetju. V empiričnem delu je opisano in predstavljeno podjetje Akers vaji Ravne d.o.o., njihova dejavnost ter prikazana organizacijska struktura podjetja. Napisane so ugotovite na kakšen način se podjetje poslužuje načrtovanja človeških virov v podjetju, ki so bile pridobljene s pomočjo opravljenega intervjuja v podjetju.

Sekundarni povzetek: Currently there are a lot of different companies on the market all around the world, which compete with each other to see who has more customers, who has a bigger profit, who has the more skill edpersonnel, etc. Companies have started to realise that the old ways of business will not be everlasting and that the employees in the company are not robots that perform their work for profit of the company, but that their are people with different abilities, which need to be developed and nurtured, because they can bring this way more to the company. The companies are giving a greater emphasis on the development of the management of human resources in the company. They are aware that human resources are one of the most important resources in the company and that they can added additional value and a competitive advantage. In companies increasingly plan human resources and predictthe need for workers to better prepare themselves. Human resource planning in the company starts with the selection of the appropriate frame, as in this way to ensure a good and properly skilled staff. However, the work of the management of human resources does not end at this, because the employees need to continually be educated and trained, accordingly motivate and reward them that they will continue to be happy and well perform at their work. The purpose of the master thesis was to examineand analyze how human resources are planned in a certain company. With the study, to determine how much attention the company gives on planning of human resources, in what way planning takes place, etc. Master task consists of a theoretical and empirically part. In the theoretical part we have identified the management of human resources, described the strategic management of human resources and strategy of human resources. We studied and introduced the functions of management of human resources and approaches to development of human resources. We have found the importance of human resources in modern organisations and accurately describe and investigate the course of the planning of human resources in the company. In empirically part is described and presented the company Akers vaji Ravne d. o.o., their activity and showsthe organisational structure of the company. Written are findings how the company takes advantage of the planning of human resources in the company, which were acquired with the help of the interview in the company.
