Povzetek
Za določitev organskih klorovih spojin v vodnih vzorcih smo uporabili plinsko kromatografijo z detektorjem na zajetje elektronov (GC/ECD). Postopek priprave vzorca je bila ekstrakcija tekoče-tekoče s topilom heksan.
Določali smo spojine heksakloroetan (HCE), heksaklorobutadien (HCBD), tri izomere triklorobenzena (1,2,3-TCB, 1,2,4-TCB, 1,3,5-TCB), pentaklorobenzen (PeCB) in heksaklorobenzen (HCB).
Rezultate vsebnosti analiziranih spojin smo ovrednotili s primerjavo retencijskih časov in s pomočjo umeritvenih krivulj standardnih raztopin v koncentracijskem območju od 1 ng/L do 40 ng/L za HCE, HCBD, PeCB in HCB ter v območju od 2 ng/L do 80 ng/L za vse tri izomere triklorobenzena (1,2,3-TCB, 1,2,4-TCB, 1,3,5-TCB).
Statistično smo podatke ovrednotili glede na zahteve razvoja metode (meja določanja (LOQ), meja zaznavanja (LOD), linearnost, ponovljivost, obnovljivost in točnost) in potrdili, da je analizna metoda za določitev organskih klorovih spojin v vodah s plinsko kromatografijo in detektorjem na zajetje elektronov (GC/ECD) pravilna in primerna za uporabo.

For determination of organic chlorine compounds in water samples, gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC/ECD) was used. Sample preparation was based on liquid-liquid extraction with solvent hexane.
Analyzed compounds are hexachloroethane (HCE), hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD), three isomers of trichlorobenzene (1,2,3-TCB, 1,2,4-TCB, 1,3,5-TCB), pentachlorobenzene (PeCB) and hexachlorobenzene (HCB).
Results of content of analyzed compounds were evaluated by comparing retention times and using calibration curves of standard solutions in concentration range from 1 ng/L to 40 ng/L for HCE, HCBD, PeCB, HCB and in the range from 2 ng/L to 80 ng/L for all three isomers of trichlorobenzenes (1,2,3-TCB, 1,2,4-TCB, 1,3,5-TCB).
Statistical evaluation was performed according to the demands of the analytical method (limit of quantitation (LOQ), limit of detection (LOD), linearity, repeatability, reproducibility and accuracy). It was confirmed that the analytical method for determination of organochlorine compounds in water samples using GC/ECD is accurate and appropriate for use. |
