Povzetek

Živimo v času hitrega tempa življenja in nenehnega pomanjkanja časa. Ker se časa ne da kupiti, moramo z vsakodnevnim organiziranjem poskusiti pridobiti čas za izvajanje različnih zadolžitev in obveznosti. Na nivoju podjetja in s tem povezanih delovnih zadolžitev lahko čas pridobimo z novim zaposlovanjem ali pa z organiziranjem in optimiziranjem trenutnega stanja. Ravno pomanjkanje časa je bil glavni razlog, da se je podjetje Kovan d.o.o. odločilo za optimiziranje evidentiranja delovnega časa. Prvotno ročno evidentiranje je bilo dolgotrajno, za dobro izvajanje je od zaposlenih zahtevalo natančnost in doslednost, predvsem pa je bilo za točnost podatkov potrebno nenehno preverjanje in usklajevanje. Podatki niso bili sistemsko obdelani, kar je predstavljalo problem pri izdelavi raznih analiz. Podatki o urah so bili neglede na potreben čas pridobljeni, vendar je vedno obstajal sum o točnosti teh podatkov. Glavno vodilo pri optimiziranju delovnega časa je bilo privarčevati na času in pridobiti točne podatke. Podjetje se je odločilo za nadgradnjo obstoječega sistema poslovanja, saj je želelo v najboljši meri povezati registrator evidentiranja z obstoječo programsko opremo, kar je odločilno pri oblikovanju raznih analiz, pomembnih za boljše poslovanje podjetja. Najprej je bilo treba posneti stanje in izdelati model ročnega evidentiranja delovnega časa. Nato je bil na vrsti prikaz raznih analiz delovnih ur, ki jih podjetje potrebuje za uspešno poslovanje. Na podlagi ročnega evidentiranja je bila izdelana kritična analiza, ki je bila osnova za uspešno optimiziranja delovnega časa. Na podlagi kritične analize je podjetje lahko začelo s prenovo evidentiranja in izdelalo model sistemskega evidentiranja delovnega časa. Prikazan je postopek optimiziranja, ki zajema začetek postavitve sistema ter prikaz obdelave podatkov. Na podlagi urejenih podatkov so izdelane razne analize, ki jih podjetje potrebuje za uspešno poslovanje. Vse skupaj je strnjeno v zaključku, kjer so opisane posamezne faze ročnega in sistemskega evidentiranja delovnega časa. Sistemsko evidentiranje je omogočilo zmanjšanje časov nekaterih faz, določene faze pa so bile izločene iz poslovnega procesa evidentiranja. Na koncu so opisane tudi možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja sistema, saj je nujno potrebno, da sistem to omogoča, kajti v nasprotnem primeru lahko po nekaj letih uporabe postane zastarel in neuporaben za poslovanje.

Sekundarni povzetek: We are living in a time where everything goes by very quickly and we are constantly experiencing a lack of time. One thing is clear: time, we cannot buy. But we can surely improve our day to day obligations with good organization. If we look at the company level we can gain time with new employments or with organization and optimization of current status. Lack of time was the main reason why company Kovan d.o.o. decided to optimize their recording of working time. At the beginning, working time was recorded manually. It had been time consuming and it required precision and consistency in order to be done well. But most of all, constant verification and coordination was necessary for the accuracy of data. They had furthermore not been systematically processed. All facts stated created a large problem in making various analysis. Information about working time had always been there, but so has been doubt regarding the accuracy of this information. The main objective in optimizing working time was to save money and to gain accurate data. The company decided to upgrade their business system with the main goal being to connect the old record register to the current software. This is very important when making different analysis for company operation. In the beginning, the old situation was recorded and a model of manual recording was made. Various analysis of working hours, which a company needs for successful operation, were also shown. On the basis of manual recording, a critical analysis was made, which was the basis for successful optimization of working time. From there on, the company could begin with renewal of the recording time and created a model of systemic recording of working time. Here the optimization process is presented, which includes the beginning of the system setup and the display of data processing. On the basis of regulated data various analysis are made, which company needs for successful operation. In conclusion, the individual phases of manual and systemic recording of working time are described. Systemic recording has allowed the reduction of few phases, and certain phases have also been excluded from the business process of recording. Finally, the possibilities for further development of the system are described. Ongoing development is necessary for the system to do, because otherwise the upgraded system may become obsolete and unusable for business operation after several years of use.
