Sekundarni povzetek:	In today's quickly changed environment working time is one of key elements that demands dedicated management. In some successful companies they are aware of that so many changes have been put in working time rules in order to allow more flexibility. Labour costs are relatively high so it is of vital importance that each company has its own way of recording employees and other external partners that work with the company. A good and optimum recording of working time enables trust in the system of costs managament and supervision of them. Without optimum and modern computer support such recording is insufficient or impossible so this is the reason why good computer support is the condition of available resources utilization. The purpose of the diploma thesis research is to present the process of working time administration. In other words the programme application which does not suit technological and business requirements of the company and is not in accordance with quality standards any more has to be replaced.
