Sekundarni povzetek: | The thesis is based on the conducted research, but also on our perception of the situation and the impact of management on organisational climate. We examine the impact of management on organisational climate and try to determine key elements that need to be improved. However, poor communication was identified as the most significant problem that can lead to issues related to concerns about job losses, mobbing or lack of rewards. Superiors can also act as negative role models. All these issues can nevertheless be solved by education and clear and good communication. |
