Povzetek
Namen zaključnega dela je prikaz kvalitete lesnih peletov s pomočjo meritev, ki so se izvajale na Inštitutu za energetiko v laboratoriju za termotehniko. Meritve so se izvajale na kurilni napravi Schmitt TKU3 Pellet s pomočjo profesionalnega merilnika Testo 380, ki omogoča zelo natančno merjenje vsebnosti trdih delcev, sočasno pa je sposoben meriti tudi prisotnost kisika in ogljikovega monoksida pri zgorevanju. Pri določevanju kakovosti peletov, glede na vsebnost trdih delcev v dimnih plinih, smo uporabljali štiri različne vzorce peletov slovenskih proizvajalcev, ki so se po sestavi in označbah na vrečah med sabo razlikovali. Postopek izvajanja meritev je temeljil na dveh različnih razponih dejanske moči Biotermec gorilnika in sicer prvi del meritev je bil opravljen pri moči 15 kW in drugi del meritev pri moči 35 kW. Dobljeni rezultati so se prenesli na računalnik od koder so se dodatno tabelarično obdelali in na podlagi teh izdelali grafi za lažji pregled in učinkovitejšo predstavo odčitkov, ki smo jih dobili pri meritvah.

The purpose of the final work is to show the quality of wood pellets with the help of measurements, which were carried out at the Institute of Energy in a laboratory for thermotechnics. Measurements were carried out on the combustion plant Schmitt TKU3 Pellet with the help of a professional Testo 380 analyzer, which enables very precise measurement of the particulate matter content, while at the same time it is able to measure the presence of oxygen and carbon monoxide in combustion. In determining the quality of pellets, according to the content of solid particles in flue gases, four different samples of pellets of Slovenian producers were used, which were differed in their composition and designations on the bags. The process of carrying out the measurements was based on two different ranges of the actual power of the Biotermec burner. The first part of the measurements was performed at power of 15 kW and the second part of measurements at power of 35 kW. The results obtained were transferred to the computer from which they were additionally tabulated and based on them, they produced graphs for easier viewing and a more effective representation of the readings we received in the measurements. |
