Sekundarni povzetek:	In this thesis we introduced and researched the field of e-learning. For this purpose we searched and compared some of the most used tools, which currently serve as a support to e-learning and group work. To get closer to or even to be able to replace classical lectures with e-learning lectures, some video conferencing tools had to be tested and analysed and by doing that some solutions were defined and proposed. Impact of modern ICT on professors, students and associated didactic motivation is also included in this thesis. Through the survey we managed to define guidelines for improvement of this type of education at Vocational College Novo mesto. Because of the recession and with it related financial inputs, this paper is especially focused on opportunities offered to us by freely accessible tools.
