Povzetek
V magistrski nalogi smo se osredotočili na izobraževanje in motivacijo medicinskih sester na Kliničnem oddelku za travmatologijo v Univerzitetnem kliničnem centru Ljubljana. Opredelili smo pojme izobraževanja in njegove glavne elemente, s katerimi se v delovnem procesu srečujemo. Vse večja frekvenca pacientov v bolnišnicah botruje nenehnim spremembam in hitrim prilagoditvam v zdravstveni negi. Predstavili smo pregled razvoja izobraževanja v zdravstveni negi in njegovo povezavo z motivacijo medicinskih sester. Prepoznavanje motivacije nam bo nadalje koristilo za prepoznavanje dejavnikov, s katerimi lahko smiselno dosežemo želeni cilj pri izobraževanju medicinskih sester. Rezultati raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli na Kliničnem oddelku za travmatologijo UKC Ljubljana, nam bodo koristili pri nadaljnji organizaciji izobraževanj in strokovnem razvoju medicinskih sester na omenjenem oddelku. Zanimalo nas je mnenje medicinskih sester glede izobraževanja in njegova uporabnosti v delovnem procesu in poleg tega, kaj jih pri izobraževanju motivira in ovira. Prav tako smo iskali odgovore na razlike med starejšimi medicinskimi sestrami in mlajšimi medicinskimi sestrami glede izobraževanja.
Rezultati so pokazali, da so medicinske sestre v povprečju na Kliničnem oddelku za travmatologijo motivirane za izobraževanje, vendar moramo za dosego cilja izobraževanje bolj prilagoditi potrebam organizacije in zaposlenih.

The intention of this thesis is to focus on education and motivational aspects of nurses in the clinical traumatology department in the University Medical Centre Ljubljana. We will define a concept of education with all entitled elements that we can face throughout the working process.
The frequency of patients in hospitals is increasing compared to previous years. This is one of the reasons for constant changes and adjustments in healthcare. We will represent an overview of the development in nursing education in order to represent its influence in the motivational aspect. Consideration of motivational aspects into a willingness to educate nurses will also be beneficial to recognize how to reach eagerness to learn and educate nurses. In the research which was conducted at the traumatology department, we acquired the results which may represent an advantageous point of view when organizing educational events and professional development of nurses in the mentioned department. We were interested in the opinion of nurses regarding education and its usefulness in the working process, including with the motivational aspects and obstacles from their point of view. We also researched the differences between younger and older employed nurses regarding education.
The results showed that nurses are highly motivated theoretically and generally to educate themselves. To implement the mentioned motivation in practice, however, educational events and lectures should be properly adjusted to working processes and employees. |
