Povzetek

Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo preučili poslovno okolje podjetja, njegovo pomembnost in lastnosti ter okoljski pregled. Prav tako smo opredelili zunanje okolje in ga razdelili na širše ter ožje okolje. Pomembnosti poslovnega okolja smo predstavili kot pomoč, torej kako poslovno okolje podjetjem pomaga, kar smo opredelili kot prednosti poslovnega okolja, medtem ko smo pri lastnostih izpostavili slabosti, in sicer negotovost, kompleksnost in dinamičnost. Pri okoljskem pregledu smo ugotavljali, kaj to sploh je. Ugotavljali smo, zakaj se uporablja in kateri so glavni cilji. Pri širšem okolju smo opredelili sile, in sicer demografske, gospodarske, sociokulturne, tehnološke, ekološke in politične. Nadaljevali smo z ožjim okoljem, kjer smo predstavili njegove dejavnike, in sicer kupce, zaposlene, dobavitelje, delničarje in medije. Naslednje poglavje je namenjeno le PEST analizi, kjer smo jo opredelili, predstavili njeno uporabo ter uporabo omenjene analize pri obvladovanju tveganj ter opredelili strateško upravljanje, njegove prednosti in slabosti ter dejavnike. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili pandemijo, podali primera črne smrti in španske gripe ter opredelili novi COVID-19. Tukaj smo predstavili tudi podjetja v času pandemije, ukrepe, ki so jih podjetja sprejela, in delo od doma, kjer smo predstavili, ali je delo od doma prednost ali slabost ter ali predstavlja oviro ali priložnost. Predstavili smo tudi podjetja v času pandemije v Sloveniji, kjer smo naprej podali nekaj informacij pred pandemijo in nadaljevali v čas pandemije. Teoretični del smo zaključili z ugotovitvami teoretičnega dela. Drugi del diplomskega projekta je praktični del, kjer smo preučevali turizem pred pandemijo in turizem v času pandemije; nadaljevali smo s predstavitvijo turizma pred pandemijo v Sloveniji, kajti glavni in bistveni del naše naloge je bil preučiti dejavnike PEST analize v turistični panogi v Sloveniji. Pri vsakem dejavniku smo se odločili izpostaviti en pozitiven in en negativen vpliv dejavnika na slovenski turizem. Dejavniki, ki smo jih preučili, so bili politični, kjer smo izpostavili dodelitev turističnih bonov in zaprte meje s strani vlade, ekonomski, kjer smo izpostavili brezposelnost v turistični panogi in povpraševanje po zdraviliščih zaradi turističnih bonov, sociokulturni, kjer smo izpostavili strah pred okužbo s COVID-19 in odpovedi rezervacij tujih turistov, ter tehnološki, kjer smo izpostavili umetno inteligenco in robotiko ter aplikacijo za sledenje osebam, okuženim s COVID-19. Vsak dejavnik smo opredelili kot pozitiven oziroma negativen vpliv na turizem. Preučili smo tudi odziv turizma na vplive dejavnikov. Na koncu smo zapisali naše ugotovitve glede na praktični del.

Sekundarni povzetek: The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we studied the business environment of the company, its importance, characteristics, and environmental review. We defined the external environment and divided it into a wider and narrower environment. We presented the importance of the business environment as help, i.e. how the business environment helps companies, which we also defined as the advantages of the business environment while we pointed out the disadvantages of the characteristics, namely uncertainty, complexity, and dynamism. In the environmental review, we found out what it is, what we used it for, and what the main goals are. In the wider environment, we have identified forces, namely demographic, economic, socio-cultural, technological, ecological, and political. We continued with the immediate environment where we presented its factors, namely customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, and the media. The next chapter is dedicated only to the PEST analysis where we defined it, presented its application, and the use of this analysis in risk management, and defined strategical management, its advantages and disadvantages, and its factors. Furthermore, we presented the pandemic, gave examples of black death and Spanish flu, and defined the new COVID 19. Here, we also presented the companies during the pandemics, the measures taken by companies, and work from home where we presented whether working from home is an advantage or weakness and whether it represents an obstacle or an opportunity. We also presented companies during the pandemic in Slovenia where we continued to provide some information before the pandemic and continued during the pandemic. The theoretical part was concluded with the findings. The practical part is the second part of the bachelor’s thesis. There we studied life before the pandemic and tourism during the pandemic. We continued to tourism before the pandemic in Slovenia because the main and essential part of our task was to study the factors of PEST analysis in the tourism industry in Slovenia. For each factor, we decided to establish a positive and negative impact of the factor on Slovenian tourism. The factors we examined were political where we highlighted the issuance of tourist vouchers and the closed border by the government economic where we highlighted unemployment in the tourism industry and the demand for health resorts due to tourist vouchers, sociocultural where we highlighted the fear of COVID 19 infection and cancellations of foreign tourist reservations and technological where we highlighted artificial intelligence and robotics and the application for tracking people infected with COVID 19. We defined each factor as a positive or negative impact on tourism. We also examined the response of tourism to the influences of factors. Finally, we recorded our findings regarding practical work.
