Povzetek
V magistrskem delu smo se ukvarjali predvsem z razrednikom in razrednimi urami in tem, kako učenci dojemajo razrednika, in kakšni so njihovi občutki. Najprej smo opredelili osnovne pojme s področja razrednih ur in razrednikovih nalog. Ugotovili smo, da je biti razrednik poslanstvo z veliko odgovornostjo in različnimi vlogami, zaradi katerih mora znati povezovati znanje in izkušnje številnih področij. Anketo smo oblikovali na podlagi te literature in jo izvedli na dveh osnovnih šolah v 8. in 9. razredu. Preverili smo, ali obstajajo statistično značilne razlike glede na spol, razred ali obiskovano šolo. Zanimalo nas je, kakšen je odnos učencev do razrednika, kakšni so občutki ob razredniku, o čem se pri razrednih urah pogovarjajo in na kakšen način te potekajo. Ugotovitve so bile večinoma pričakovane. Teme, ki se najpogosteje obravnavajo pri razrednih urah, se tičejo ocen, izostankov, težav v razredu, konfliktov in tudi prijateljev, medosebnih odnosov, strpnosti, ljubezni. Učenci se strinjajo, da je dobro in dovolj, če imajo razredno uro 1 x tedensko. V obeh šolah razredna ura največkrat poteka frontalno, drugih metod je zelo malo. Presenetilo nas je, da obstajajo statistično značilne razlike glede na šolo, ki jo obiskujejo. Te razlike so predvsem na področju obravnavanih tematik pri razrednih urah. V OŠ Jurija Vege Moravče se pogosteje pogovarjajo o prijateljih, medtem ko se v OŠ Radlje ob Dravi pogosteje pogovarjajo o izostankih in težavah. Učenci OŠ Jurija Vege Moravče učitelju tudi bolj zaupajo, se ob njem bolje počutijo, prav tako jim razredna ura bolj pomaga pri reševanju težav tako doma kot tudi v šoli.

In this master thesis we focused mainly on the class teacher, class meetings and students' perception of class teacher, and their relationship. First, we defined the basic concepts of class meetings, and class teacher's assignments. It was discovered that being a class teacher is a complex mission with a lot of different roles and responsibilities, which require integration of multidisciplinary knowledge and experiences. Our survey was conducted at two elementary schools in different regions the 8th and 9th grades. There was also checked whether there are statistically significant differences with respect to sex, class or region. We focused to the students' relationship with class teachers, especially the feelings the students have when in interaction with their class teacher, what are the class meetings like, what do they discuss there and how this discussion takes place. The findings were mostly expected. Frequently dealt topics during class meetings were mostly of formal nature, i.e. grades, leaves of absence, class conflicts and learning troubles, but there was also time for discussing friendship topics, interpersonal relationships, tolerance and love. Students agree that one hour of class meeting once a week satisfy their needs. In both schools, class meetings are mostly held frontally by a class teacher, and the use of alternative methods is very scarce. We were surprised by the fact that there were statistically significant differences between the two schools, mainly in the field of topics discussed in class meetings. In Jurij Vega Moravče primary school they often talk about friendship, while in Radlje ob Dravi primary school they merely focus on administrative aspects, especially about leaves of absence and individual problems. The students of Jurij Vega Moravče primary school trust the class teacher more, and feel better in correlation with the teacher, moreover their class meeting help them solving problems both at home and at school. |
