Povzetek
V magistrskem delu je predstavljena raziskava o mnenju učencev in njihovih razredničark glede izvajanja razrednih ur med poukom na daljavo, ki je prekinjeno potekal v letih 2020 in 2021. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno, kdo je učitelj in kakšne so njegove vloge in naloge v vzgojno-izobraževalnem procesu. Opredeljene so tudi značilnosti skupine in je podrobneje opisan oddelek kot skupina, saj so značilnosti le-te dejavnik, ki se pomembno odraža na delovanju razreda kot skupnosti. Opisana je tudi vloga razrednika kot vodje oddelčne skupnosti in predstavljene njegove vloge in naloge ter delo, ki ga kot učitelj razrednik opravlja na razredni stopnji. V naslednjem delu so opredeljene razredne ure in njihov namen. Zanimala nas je tudi priprava razrednikov na ure oddelčne skupnosti. V zadnjem delu je opisano izobraževanje na daljavo, njegove posledice, slabosti in prednosti. V raziskavi je bilo ugotovljeno, da so udeleženci poročali, da so razredniki tudi med poukom na daljavo redno izvajali razredne ure, saj se jim je to zdelo pomembno zaradi pomanjkanja socialnega stika. Učenci se sicer v večini izvajanja razrednih ur niso zavedali, saj so jim to učiteljice razredničarke ponudile kot zanimive dejavnosti, ki so jih počeli pred ali med poukom za sprostitev in zabavo. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da tako učenci kot razredničarke večjih težav pri pouku na daljavo niso imeli oz. zaznavali. Razredničarke so omenile, da so z vsakim tednom opazile padec motivacije pri učencih za šolsko delo in vedno več motilcev pozornosti med poukom.

In this dissertation we have researched the opinions of students and their class teachers about implementing class meetings during continuous distance learning, which took place in the years 2020 and 2021. In the theoretical part we have stated who a teacher is and what his or her roles and tasks in the educational process are. We have defined the characteristics of a group and we have also given a more detailed description of a class as a group, for these characteristics are an important factor in functioning of a class as a community. We have also described a class teacher as a manager of a class community and presented his or her roles and tasks performed on the primary education level. In the second part we have defined class meetings and their purpose. We were also interested in the class teacher’s preparations for the class meetings. In the final part we have described distance learning, its consequences, advantages and disadvantages. In our research we have found that class teachers regularly implemented class meetings during distance learning, for they believed them to be important because of the lack of social interactions between children. Students usually did not regard class meetings as such, because the teachers prepared the meetings as interesting activities, which they carried out before or during lessons for fun and relief. In our research we have found that neither students nor teachers experienced or sensed any major issues during distance learning. Class teachers mentioned that with every passing week a decrease in student motivation for performing schoolwork was apparent and disturbances of attention during lessons increased. |
