Povzetek
Zasnova poselitve je pomemben dejavnik razvoja naselij, saj gre za strokovno presojo o razmestitvi dejavnosti v prostoru. Sledeče delo obravnava zasnovo poselitve v občini Podlehnik. Predmet obravnave so deli strnjenih naselij, v katerih predvidevamo razvoj dejavnosti. To so deli naselij Dežno pri Podlehniku, Podlehnik, Sedlašek, Stanošina in Zakl. Za ta naselja je bila narejena morfološka analiza. S slednjo je bilo ugotovljeno dejansko stanje v prostoru. V naseljih smo opredelili potencialne površine za posamezne dejavnosti. Zaradi dolgoročne zasnove smo določili večje potencialne površine kot je dejansko potrebno. Te bodo ostale kot možnost širitve za posamezne dejavnosti v prihodnje. Na podlagi morfološke analize naselij in opredelitve potencialnih površin smo izdelali predloge prostorske ureditve za naselja. V predlogih smo razmestili površine posameznih dejavnosti. Stremeli smo k cilju čim manjšega nepotrebnega poseganja v prostor. S predlogi smo želeli ohraniti kulturno pokrajino Haloz in vedute naselij ter sanirati določene ponesrečene posege v prostoru. Oblikovali smo predloge za nova območja določenih dejavnosti, ki se povezujejo z obstoječimi območji. S tem želimo spodbuditi skladen razvoj naselij v občini. Magistrsko delo med drugim podaja smernice oblikovanja objektov v naseljih, saj želimo s premišljeno razmestitvijo dejavnosti in s smiselno oblikovno podobo naselij oblikovati novodobno kulturno pokrajino.

A settlement plan is an important factor in the development of settlements, as it is an expert assessment of the location of activities in space. The thesis deals with the settlement plan in the municipality of Podlehnik. The thesis primarily focuses on the parts of urban settlements in which we anticipate the development of activities. These are the parts of the settlements of Dežno pri Podlehniku, Podlehnik, Sedlašek, Stanošina and Zakl. Morphological analysis was performed for these settlements. With regard to the latter, the factual situation in the space was established. In the settlements, we identified potential areas for individual activities. Due to the long-term design, we determined larger potential areas than are actually needed. These will remain as an option for expansion for individual activities in the future. Based on the morphological analysis of the settlements and the definition of potential areas, we made proposals for spatial planning for the settlements. In the proposals, we arranged the areas of individual activities. Our goal was to minimize unnecessary encroachment on space, as well as to preserve the cultural landscape of Haloze and the vedutes of the settlements and to rehabilitate certain accidental interventions in the area. We set out proposals for new areas of certain activities that connect with existing areas. With these proposals, we intend to achieve a coherent development of settlements in the municipality. The thesis also provides guidelines for the design of buildings in settlements, as our goal is to create a modern cultural landscape with a well-considered layout of activities and a meaningful design image of settlements. |
