Povzetek
Magistrsko delo raziskuje odnos tretješolcev in petošolcev do prehrane v občini Brežice. Delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega, empiričnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena prehrana, psihološki vidiki prehranjevanja, pomen šolske prehrane in lokalna pridelava hrane. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena empirična raziskava (n = 371), katere rezultate smo pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Anketirali smo 194 tretješolcev in 177 petošolcev. V raziskavo smo vključili učence iz 1 mestne osnovne šole in 5 podeželskih osnovnih šol in 1 podružnične osnovne šole. Podatke smo obdelali s pomočjo programa SPSS. Ugotovili smo, da se deklice prehranjujejo nekoliko bolj zdravo kot dečki, ter da imajo tretješolci nekoliko boljše prehranjevalne navade kot petošolci. Ugotovili smo, da imajo učenci, ki obiskujejo mestno šolo nekoliko bolj zdrav življenjski slog, kot učenci, ki obiskujejo podeželske osnovne šole. Rezultati so pokazali, da sovrstniki in učitelji bolj vplivajo na prehrano tretješolcev kot na prehrano petošolcev. Sovrstniki, učitelji in znanje o prehrani bolj vplivajo na učence podeželskih šol. Ugotovili smo, da se petošolci bolj zavedajo pomena lokalno pridelane hrane kot tretješolci. V praktičnem delu smo načrtovali dejavnosti, s katerimi bi pri učence spodbudili k razmišljanju o zdravem prehranjevanju in gibanju. Načrtovali smo tudi 9 kuharskih receptov, ki so namenjeni spodbujanju kuharskih spretnosti in spoznavanju postopkov priprave jedi. Načrtovali smo tudi dve učni pripravi za učitelje, ki se navezujeta na zdravo prehranjevanje in gibanje.

The dissertation researches the attitude of third and fifth graders in the municipality of Brežice towards diet. It consists of a theoretical, empirical, and practical part. In the theoretical part the diet, psychological perspective of nourishment, the importance of diet and local food production are presented. In addition, the empirical part presents the empirical research (n = 371), the results of which were acquired by a survey. 194 third graders and 177 fifth graders were surveyed. The research included one primary school in the town centre, 5 primary schools from the rural area, as well as one subsidiary primary school. We statistically analysed the data with SPSS software. We have established that girls tend to eat healthier food than boys as well as that third graders have healthier eating habits than fifth graders. It was also noted that the town centre school pupils have a healthier lifestyle than those from the rural areas. Furthermore, the results showed that teachers and peers have greater influence on the diet of third graders, as well as that the influence is greater on the pupils from the rural area schools. Fifth graders are more aware of the importance of locally produced food than third graders. In the practical part of the dissertation, we planned some activities which would encourage pupils to think about healthy diet and exercising. We also designed nine cooking recipes, intended to encourage pupils' cooking skills and discovering the procedures of food preparation. Finally, we prepared two lesson plans connected with healthy diet and exercising. |
