diplomsko delo
V praktičnem delu smo pod nadzorom mentorja v zobnem laboratoriju izdelali in predstavili potek dela Gellerjevega modela s pomočjo stereolitografske tehnologije. Rezultati: V našem primeru smo mavčni model prebrali z laboratorijskim optičnim bralnikom in podatke prenesli v program Exocad, kjer smo nato oblikovali Gellerjev model ter zobne nadomestke.

Manufacturing process of Geller model with stereolithography |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Introduction: To make dental substitutes we need a working model that can be made in several ways, using different materials. While most dental laboratories use the classic gypsum model, the development of digital technology has led to the production of virtual and 3D printed models made of synthetic resins. Purpose: The purpose of diploma thesis is a professional rewiew of the literature on complementary technologies and materials in dental prosthetics and a description and presentation of the production of the Geller model using stereolithography. Based on this, we want to determine wheter modern technologies are accurate enough to produce high-quality dental substitutes. Methods: In the theoretical part of the thesis, a descriptive method was used which was based on the review of professional literature with the help of online libraries and professional databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Cobiss, Web of science. In the practical part, under the supervision of a mentor in the dental laboratory we made and presented the course of work of the Geller model through stereolithographic technology. Results: In our case, we scanned the gypsum model with a laboratory scanner and transferred the data to the Exocad program where we then designed the Geller model and dental substitutes. The paper presents the entire course of the product production supported by a pictorial presentation. Discussion and conclusion: Due to the current development of technology, more and more laboratories are using modern approaches to the manufacture of dental replacements and models. However, because the cost of this equipment is very high and dental technicians need a lot of knowledge and skills, many laboratories decide to make classic gypsum models. Further development of technology will enable the production of high-quality products. |
