Povzetek
Osnovna šola kot vzgojno-izobraževalna organizacija mora imeti svojo vizijo razvoja, zaposleni pa morajo imeti izdelan svoj načrt poklicne poti, kar jih posledično vodi v stalno izobraževanje in strokovno izpopolnjevanje.
Cilj diplomske naloge je bil raziskati področje motiviranosti zaposlenih za izobraževanje, proučiti vrste motivov, motivacijskih dejavnikov, raziskati, analizirati in predstaviti motiviranje zaposlenih za izobraževanje.
Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov, teoretičnega in empiričnega. V teoretičnem delu so podana spoznanja že napisanega glede področja motivacije in motiviranja zaposlenih za izobraževanje.
V raziskovalnem delu smo prikazali rezultate ankete, izvedene v Osnovni šoli Žužemberk, v zvezi z motivacijo zaposlenih za izobraževanje. Podali smo ugotovitve, do katerih smo prišli tekom raziskave, in navedli predloge. Da smo dobili te podatke, smo dali poudarek na vprašanjih, kot so:
• Ali na Osnovni šoli Žužemberk dovolj motivirajo za dodatna izobraževanja?
• Ali obstajajo ovire, zaradi katerih se zaposleni dodatno ne izobražujejo?
• Kaj vpliva na posameznikovo odločitev za izobraževanje?
• Ali so izobraževanja učiteljem pomembna oziroma potrebna za njihovo delo?
• Ali so zaposleni zadovoljni s ponujenimi dejavniki izobraževanj?
• Ali vodstvo Osnovne šole Žužemberk ponuja vsem učiteljem enake možnosti pri izobraževanju?
Raziskava je pokazala, da so zaposleni na Osnovni šoli Žužemberk zelo dobro motivirani za dodatna izobraževanja in imajo veliko možnosti, da se le-teh udeležijo. Na odločitev za izobraževanje zelo vpliva želja po več znanja in večji kakovosti dela ter odnos vodstva do posameznika. Vodstvo zaposlene vedno spodbuja in podpira pri njihovih odločitvah ter upošteva posameznikove želje.

Primary school as an educational organization must have its vision of development, the employed need to have their professional way plan made, which consequently guides them to constant education and professional improving.
The aim of dissertation is to research the motivation area of the employed for the education, to study the motive types, motivational factors, to research, analyze and introduce how to motivate the employed for education.
The dissertation is composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part consists of the already written findings of motivation area and motivating the employed for education.
The research part shows the results of a survey made at Žužemberk Primary School, concerning motivating the employed for education. We passed the findings, reached during the research, and listed prepositions. In order to get that information, we emphasised questions, such as:
- Are the employed being enough motivated for additional education at Žužemberk Primary School?
- Are there any obstacles that prevent the employed from educating?
- What influences individual’s decision for education?
- Are the educations important to the teachers or required for their work?
- Are the employed satisfied with the offered factors of education?
- Does the direction of Žužemberk Primary School offer all the teachers equal options at education?
The research indicated that the employed at Žužemberk Primary School are being well motivated for additional educations and have many options to take part in them. Decision for education is being very influenced by wish for more knowledge, higher quality of work and direction’s relationship towards the individual. The direction always encourages and supports the employed at their decisions and considers individual’s wishes. |
