Povzetek
V magistrskem delu z naslovom Konflikti med učitelji in starši ter njihovo reševanje je v teoretičnem delu predstavljena komunikacija, ki je temelj dobrega medsebojnega odnosa med učitelji in starši, lahko pa vodi tudi v konflikta med njimi. V nadaljevanju teoretičnega dela je podrobneje predstavljen konflikt z vidika nastanka in reševanja, s podanimi usmeritvami in z apliciranjem na področju sodelovanja med šolo in starši. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki je temeljila na pol strukturiranih intervjujih z razrednimi učitelji osnovnih šol iz različnih regij Slovenije. Intervjuvanih je bilo 10 učiteljev različnih starostnih skupin, ki poučujejo v 1. ali 2. triadi. Ugotovili smo, da učitelji konflikt dojemajo negativno, in sicer kot nesoglasje, nasprotovanje, nestrinjanje, neusklajenost v stališčih in interesih sogovornikov. Konflikti so skoraj enako pogosto prisotni tako v 1. kot v 2. triadi osnovne šole. Najpogostejša tematika za nastanek konflikta so šolske ocene, sledi tematika starševske vzgoje učencev ter vedenje in odnos učencev v procesu vzgoje in izobraževanja. Razlik v pogostosti konflikta med učitelji in starši glede na starost učiteljev nismo ugotovili.

The theoretical part of the master's thesis entitled Parent-teacher conflicts and their resolution deals with communication, which is the foundation of a good relationship between teachers and parents, but can also lead to a conflict between them. Further on, this conflict is presented in greater detail from the viewpoint of how it arises and how it is resolved, the theoretical part also provides guidelines and applies them to parent-school cooperation. In the empirical part of the master's thesis, we present the results of our study that was based on semi-structured interviews with primary school teachers from different regions of Slovenia. Ten teachers of different age groups teaching in the first or second triad were interviewed. We found that teachers perceive conflict negatively, as disaccord, opposition, disagreement, and inconsistency in the opinions and interests of interlocutors. Conflicts are almost equally present in the first triad of primary school. The most common topics that lead to conflicts are school assessments, followed by the topic of parenting, and the behaviour and attitude of pupils in the process of education. There were no differences found in the frequency of conflict between teachers and parents according to the teachers' age. |
