magistrsko delo
V Sloveniji sta specialistka logopedije in specialna pedagoginja nedavno razvili Gingo Talk lutko. V kombinaciji s slikovnimi karticami Vem - povem smo želeli preizkusiti njeno učinkovitost pri izboljšanju pozornosti, učenju velikih tiskanih črk, prepoznavanju prvega in zadnjega glasu v besedah in pri zlogovanju.

Eliminating speech and language disorders with the puppet gingo-talk |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Pupils in schools with an adapted program often have more severe speech and language disorders, which significantly affect their communication and learning. In order to reduce and eliminate these disturbances, the teacher must use as many different didactic aids as possible, including dolls. In Slovenia, a specialist in speech therapy and a special pedagogue recently developed the Gingo Talk doll. In combination with the picture cards I know - tell, we wanted to test its effectiveness in improving attention, learning capital letters, recognizing the first and last sounds in words and syllabification. The research took place in the 2020/2021 school year, from November 2020 to April 2021. Due to the COVID epidemic, distance learning took place from October 23, 2020 to January 4, 2021, and in the classroom continued from January 5, 2021. During the lessons remotely, the students had 96 hours of Slovenian language lessons (four times a week), and learning letters, pronunciation of sounds and syllabification were carried out twice a week. Five third-grade students were included in the research; four students with moderate and one student with more severe speech and language disorders. The results of the research showed a marked improvement in all students' knowledge of capital letters, syllabification and awareness of the first and last sound in a word, all of which are conditions for better speech and literacy. In distance learning, we achieved greater attention and better concentration of the students by using the doll, which was also confirmed by their parents, who had to be actively involved in school work due to the use of the computer. Due to all the positive effects we achieved using this doll, we recommend it as a didactic tool for learning the Slovenian language. |
