Povzetek

V naši raziskavi je glavni cilj pripraviti program strnjene vadbe osnovnih košarkarskih prvin, ga izvesti z učenci četrtega razreda ter evalvirati njihovo teoretično in praktično znanje pred izvedbo, takoj po koncu in tri mesece po izvedeni strnjeni vadbi. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 12 učencev četrtega razreda Osnovne šole Vransko Tabor. Izvedli smo program strnjene vadbe, ki se je izvajal dvakrat tedensko po eno šolsko uro z učenci, ki izven rednega šolskega programa ne trenirajo košarke. Pred, takoj po koncu in tri mesece po zaključku programa, smo evalvirali učenčevo teoretično in praktično znanje o osnovnih košarkarskih prvinah. Teoretično znanje smo preverili s pomočjo vprašalnika, praktično znanje smo preverili s pomočjo vnaprej napisanih kriterijev in opazovanja. Na podlagi izvedbe smo učence razvrstili v tri kategorije, in sicer slabo, srednje ali odlično. Pridobljene rezultate smo obdelali s statističnim programom IBM SPSS Statistics, kjer smo uporabili Friedmanov preizkus in Wilcoxonov post hoc test. Rezultati so pokazali, da se je teoretično in praktično znanje izvajanja osnovnih košarkarskih prvin, natančneje vodenje žoge, soročna podaja in met na koš, pri merjencih statistično pomembno izboljšalo takoj po koncu izvajanja programa in se je ohranilo tudi tri mesece po zaključku programa.

Sekundarni povzetek: The main purpose of our research was preparing a programme of compressed exercise time of basic basketball elements, executing it with the pupils of the 4th grade and evaluating their theoretical and practical knowledge before the execution, immediately after, and three months after the compressed exercise time completion. Twelve pupils of Vransko-Tabor Elementary School (OŠ Vransko-Tabor) participated in the research. The programme was carried out twice a week for one school hour, with pupils who do not train basketball outside their regular school curriculum. Before, right after, and three months after the completion of the programme we evaluated the pupils' theoretical and practical knowledge of their basic basketball elements. We examined the theoretical knowledge with the help of a questionnaire, and physical knowledge with previously written criteria and by observing. Based on the performance, we assorted the pupils into three categories, i. e. very bad, medium and excellent. We processed the obtained results with a statistical computer programme IBM SPSS Statistics, for which we used the Friedman test and the Wilcoxon Post Hoc test. The results have revealed that the pupils' theoretical and physical knowledge of basic basketball elements, more specifically dribbling, passing and shotting the ball, has, statistically, significantly improved right after the end of the execution of the programme, and have been preserved three months after the completion of the programme as well.
