Sekundarni povzetek:	In the theoretical part of the thesis, the project is described, including its phases, project management with an emphasis on IT project management, and project documentation that is created during project management or project execution. In the empirical part, the project documentation that is created in the company during the implementation of document systems for external customers is researched. Finally, the research results are presented, which showed that the company can improve the preparation of project documentation, mainly in the project design phase, by involving sales colleagues in the documentation preparation process and in the project completion phase, as documentation in this phase is often not prepared. At the same time, it is necessary to update and organize project documentation templates in all project phases and ensure their consistent use. Sales employees and new hires need to be educated on project documentation preparation, while document storage has proven to be appropriate.
