Povzetek
Nasilje je v šolskem prostoru in zunaj njega zelo pogost pojav. Raziskave kažejo, da so otroci s posebnimi potrebami pogosteje izpostavljeni medvrstniškemu nasilju, pri katerem prevzemajo vlogo žrtve, lahko pa se znajdejo tudi v vlogi nasilneža. V raziskavi nas je zanimalo, v kolikšni meri se na izbrani osnovni šoli pojavljajo različne oblike (medvrstniškega) nasilja. Osredotočili smo se na obravnavo in odzive na splošno medvrstniško nasilje, medvrstniško nasilje nad otroki s posebnimi potrebami ter medvrstniško nasilje otrok s posebnimi potrebami nad vrstniki in nasilje otrok s posebnimi potrebami nad strokovnimi delavci. Ugotavljali smo tudi, katere preventivne ukrepe za preprečevanje nasilja uporabljajo na izbrani osnovni šoli. V raziskavo smo vključili 7 naključno izbranih strokovnih delavcev različnih profilov na izbrani osnovni šoli osrednjeslovenske regije. Podatke smo zbirali s pomočjo poglobljenega polstrukturiranega intervjuja. Izkazalo se je, da strokovni delavci na izbrani osnovni šoli zaznavajo vse prej omenjene oblike nasilja. Zaznavajo predvsem psihično nasilje, fizično nasilje se pojavlja redkeje. Ugotovili smo, da strokovni delavci ob zaznavi nasilja sledijo Protokolu ob zaznavi in obravnavi medvrstniškega nasilja v vzgoji in izobraževanju, pripravljenega s strani Zavoda Republike Slovenije za šolstvo. Rezultati raziskave kažejo tudi, da na izbrani osnovni šoli redno sodelujejo tudi z zunanjimi institucijami in veliko časa namenijo preventivnim ukrepom na področju medvrstniškega nasilja in tudi na področju nasilja na splošno.

Experience of expert workers with the occurrence of violence at a chosen primary school |

Violence is widely spread both within and outside the school environment. Studies have shown that children with special needs are more commonly exposed to the peer violence, in which they mostly assume the role of a victim, sometimes even the one of an aggressor. The main goal of the current study has been to examine the extent of various forms of (peer) violence at the selected primary school. The focus has been on addressing and responding to the general peer violence, peer violence against children with special needs as well as peer violence of children with special needs against professional workers. Moreover, the study has tried to determine which preventive measures are employed by the professionals at the selected school in order to combat the violence. The study has included seven randomly chosen professional workers from various profiles at the selected primary school in the central Slovenian region. Data has been collected through a comprehensive semi-structured interview. It has been shown that all the above mentioned forms of the violence have been detected by the professional workers, primarily the psychological violence, whereas the physical one occurs less often. The study has discovered that professional workers, when encountering any form of violence, follow the Protocol for identifying and addressing peer violence, prepared by the Slovenian Institute of Education. The results of the study also show that professionals at the selected primary school frequently collaborate with external institutions. Moreover, a great amount of time is dedicated to incorporate preventive measures concerning peer violence and violence in general. |
