Povzetek
V magistrskem delu smo raziskali zaznavanje in pogostost nasilnega vedenja učencev nad učitelji v slovenskih osnovnih šolah. Želeli smo pridobiti vpogled v to, katere oblike nasilja se pojavljajo, kako se učitelji soočajo z nasilno izkušnjo in kakšne oblike pomoči in podpore so deležni s strani sodelavcev, šolske svetovalne službe in vodstva šole. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo predstavili različne definicije nasilja učencev nad učitelji. V nadaljevanju smo opisali različne oblike nasilja učencev nad učitelji, povzeli tuje in slovenske raziskave ter s pomočjo socialno-ekološke teorije razložili, zakaj se pojavlja nasilje učencev nad učitelji in to povezali tudi z dejavniki tveganja. Ker nas je zanimalo tudi, kakšne občutke doživljajo učitelji, ko se znajdejo v vlogi žrtve, smo preučili tudi posledice nasilja učencev nad učitelji ter predstavili strategije za zmanjševanje nasilja na treh ravneh. V kvalitativni raziskavi je sodelovalo osem učiteljic, ki zaznavajo nasilna vedenja učencev nad učitelji na njihovih osnovnih šolah. Na podlagi izvedene raziskave smo bolj poglobljeno osvetlili izkušnje učiteljic, ki so bile deležne nasilja s strani učencev, in s tem prispevali k bolj poglobljenemu razumevanju pojava nasilja nad učitelji. S pomočjo izkušenj učiteljic smo dobili vpogled, kako se z nasiljem soočajo in kako vse to vpliva na njihovo psihosocialno stanje.

Perceptions of pupil violence against teachers within primary school |

In the master's thesis, we studied the detection and frequency of students' violent behaviour against teachers in Slovenian primary schools. Our aim was to get an insight into which types of violence occur, how teachers deal with their experience of violence and what forms of help and support they receive from colleagues, the counselling service and the school administration. In the theoretical section of the master's thesis, we listed various definitions of student-on-teacher violence. Furthermore, we described various types of student-on-teacher violence, summarized international and Slovenian research and explained why student-on-teacher violence occurs in the context of social-ecological theory and linked it to risk factors. We were also interested in the feelings that teachers experience when they find themselves in the role of a victim, which is why we also examined the consequences of student-on-teacher violence and presented strategies for reducing violence on three levels. Eight teachers, who detected violent acts against teachers at their primary school, participated in the qualitative research. Based on the conducted research, we shed a more in-depth light on the experiences of teachers who were victims of student-on-teacher violence, thereby contributing to a more profound understanding of the student-on-teacher violence phenomenon. Through teachers' experiences, we gained an insight into how they deal with violence and how this affects their psychosocial state. |
