Povzetek
V teoretičnem delu s pomočjo strokovne literature najprej predstavimo otroka ter značilnosti njegovega razvoja in učenja. Nato opredelimo vlogo otroka in vzgojitelja v samem procesu učenja. Predstavimo pomen naravoslovja v vrtcu in učno strategijo, poimenovano učenje na podlagi nalog. Ta zajema tri faze dela: pripravo na nalogo, nalogo in pregled. Sledi praktični del, v katerem predstavimo ugotovitve, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo izvajanja pripravljene dejavnosti v vrtcu Markovci. Skrbno pripravljeno dejavnost na temo ugotavljanje vpojnosti materialov z uporabo strategije učenja na podlagi nalog smo izvedli v dveh skupinah otrok, starih 4-5 in 5-6 let, ter med njima primerjali pridobljene rezultate. Ugotovili smo, da starejši otroci bolj sodelujejo med sabo. Komunikacija je zahtevnejša in usmerjena na nalogo, dobro razumejo svojo vlogo in vlogo otroka v paru ter težave rešijo znotraj para. Starejši otroci nalogo uspešno rešijo sami, medtem ko mlajši potrebujejo več usmeritev odraslega pri reševanju težav.

In the theoretical part of the thesis, we first introduce the child and the characteristics of his/her development and learning, with the help of the literature. Then we define the role of the child and the educator in the learning process itself. The importance of science in kindergarten and the learning strategy called task-based learning are introduced. This involves three phases of work: task preparation, task and review. This is followed by a practical part in which we present the conclusions we have drawn from the implementation of the prepared activity in the Markovci kindergarten. A carefully prepared activity on the topic of determining the absorbency of materials using a task-based learning strategy was carried out in two groups of children, aged 4-5 and 5-6 years, and the results obtained were compared between the two groups. We found that older children were more cooperative with each other. Communication is more challenging and task-oriented, they understand their role and the role of the child in the pair well and solve problems within the pair. Older children successfully solve the task on their own, while younger children need more adult guidance in solving problems. |
