Povzetek

Namen magistrskega dela je bil pripraviti program za strnjeno in nestrnjeno vadbo pri učenju košarkarskih prvin v 4. razredu ter primerjati in analizirati učenčevo praktično znanje pred, takoj po zaključku in en mesec po zaključku strnjene in nestrnjene vadbe. Raziskavo smo izvedli z učenci 4. razreda Osnovne šole Franc Rozman Stane Maribor. Raziskava je temeljila na neslučajnostnem in namenskem vzorcu, v katerega je bilo vključenih 35 učencev. Program strnjene vadbe smo izvedli v petih zaporednih dneh in se je izvajal eno šolsko uro. Nestrnjeno vadbo pa smo izvedli v petih tednih, enkrat tedensko po eno šolsko uro. Pred, takoj po zaključku in en mesec po zaključku programa smo preverili učenčevo praktično znanje o osnovnih košarkarskih prvinah s pomočjo vnaprej določenih kriterijev. Kriterije smo razporedili v pet skupin ter jih točkovali od 1 do 5. Za obdelavo pridobljenih rezultatov smo uporabili statistični program IBM SPSS Statistics, v katerem smo uporabili t-test za odvisne vzorce, ko smo primerjali isto skupino v različnih časovnih intervalih. Primerjavo skupin, ki sta izvajali strnjeno in ne strnjeno vadbo, smo izvedli na način kvalitativne primerjave. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da obstajajo statistično pomembne razlike pri praktičnem znanju izvajanja osnovnih košarkarski prvin takoj po zaključku programa v primerjavi s stanjem en mesec po zaključku programa.

Sekundarni povzetek: The purpose of this master's thesis was to develop a program for condensed and non-condensed practice in learning basketball skills in 4th grade and to compare and analyze students' practical knowledge before, immediately after, and one month after completing the intensive and non-intensive training. The research was conducted with 4th-grade students at the Franc Rozman Stane Primary School in Maribor. The study was based on a non-random and purposive sample, which included 35 students. The intensive training program was conducted over five consecutive days, with one school hour per day, while the non-intensive training took place over five weeks, once a week for one school hour. Before, immediately after, and one month after the program, students' practical knowledge of basic basketball skills was assessed using predefined criteria. The criteria were divided into five groups and scored from 1 to 5. To process the obtained results, we used the IBM SPSS Statistics software, applying a paired t-test to compare the same group at different time intervals. A qualitative comparison was made between the groups that participated in condensed and non-condensed practice. The research found statistically significant differences in practical knowledge of basic basketball skills immediately after the program and one month after its completion.
