Povzetek

Uvod: Terapevtski odnos med medicinsko sestro in pacientom z duševno motnjo je ključnega pomena pri zdravljenju in nadaljnjih obravnavah. Namen terapevtskih odnosov v kliničnem okolju je grajenje zaupanja med pacientom in medicinsko sestro. Posledično mu to pomaga pri premagovanju ovir in lažjem poteku zdravljenja v bolnišničnem okolju. Namen zaključnega dela je raziskati pomen terapevtskih odnosov med medicinsko sestro in pacientom z duševno motnjo. Metode: Zaključno delo je pripravljeno na osnovi pregleda znanstvene literature. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela. Literaturo smo iskali po mednarodnih podatkovnih bazah Pubmed in CINAHL. Sintezo podatkov in analizo smo predstavili s tematsko analizo. Moč dokazov smo ocenili s pomočjo hierarhije dokazov. Rezultati: V končni pregled smo vključili 7 člankov, ki so ustrezali izbranim kriterijem. Iz člankov izhaja pomembnost terapevtskih odnosov med medicinsko sestro in pacientom z duševno motnjo. To lahko vpliva na počutje pacienta in potek njegovega zdravljenja. Diskusija in zaključek: Terapevtski odnosi so pomembni pri vzpostavljanju zaupanja, saj pacient lažje preživi hospitalizacijo. Pomanjkanje časa zaradi dolžnosti, delovnih obveznosti in nalog medicinskih sester ter pomanjkanje znanja na področju komunikacije lahko povzročita težave pri vzpostavljanju terapevtskega odnosa.

Sekundarni povzetek: Introduction: The therapeutic relationship between a nurse and a patient with a mental disorder is crucial for treatment and subsequent care. The purpose of therapeutic relationships in a clinical setting is to build trust between the patient and the nurse, thereby helping the patient overcome obstacles and ensuring a smoother treatment process in the hospital environment. The aim of the final work is to explore the importance of therapeutic relationships and how nurses implement this in the treatment of the patient. Methods: The final work is based on a review of scientific literature. We used a descriptive method of work. The literature was searched through international databases such as PubMed and CINAHL. The synthesis and analysis of the data were presented through thematic analysis. The strength of the evidence was evaluated using the hierarchy of evidence. Results: In the final review, we included 7 articles that met the selected criteria. The articles highlight the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the nurse and the patient with a mental disorder and how this can influence the patient's well-being and the course of their treatment. Discussion and conclusion: Therapeutic relationships are important in establishing trust, as they help the patient better endure hospitalization. However, due to the lack of time with other duties that the nurse has during work and a lack of communication skills, it is difficult to establish a therapeutic relationship.
