Povzetek
Pričujoče magistrsko delo je osredotočeno na motnjo ADHD med osnovnošolci in vlogo učiteljev pri delu s to populacijo. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del vključuje pregled literature, kjer je bila uporabljena deskriptivna metoda. Empirični del vsebuje načrtovanje in izvedbo raziskave ter predstavitev rezultatov. Raziskava je bila usmerjena v raziskovanje uporabe in učinkovitosti pedagoških strategij s strani učiteljev in izzivov, ki se pri delu s to populacijo pojavljajo. V ta namen so bila postavljena raziskovalna vprašanja in hipoteze, ki so bile pri predstavitvi rezultatov in interpretaciji tudi potrjene oziroma ovržene. Cilj magistrskega dela je raziskati, katere strategije učitelji uporabljajo za učence z ADHD s samostojno motnjo in katere za učence s pridruženo motnjo, analizirati razlike v uporabi specifičnih pedagoških strategij med učenci z ADHD s samostojno motnjo in učencu z ADHD s pridruženo motnjo, oceniti učinkovitost pedagoških strategij pri vključevanju učencev z ADHD v učni proces in prepoznati izzive, s katerimi se učitelji najpogosteje srečujejo pri delu s to populacijo. Zastavljeni cilji so bili uresničeni.

The master's thesis focuses on ADHD among primary school pupils and the role of teachers in working with this population. The master's thesis consists of theoretical and empirical work. The theoretical part includes a literature review where the descriptive method was used. The empirical part contains the planning and implementation of the research and the presentation of the results. The research aimed to explore the use and effectiveness of pedagogical strategies implemented by teachers and the challenges that arise when working with this population. For this purpose, research questions and hypotheses were posed, which were confirmed or refuted in the presentation and interpretation of the results. The aim of the master's thesis is to investigate which strategies teachers use for pupils with ADHD with a separate disorder, and which ones for pupils with a co-occurring disorder, to analyze the differences in the use of specific pedagogical strategies between pupils with ADHD with a separate disorder and pupils with ADHD with a co-occurring disorder, to assess the effectiveness of pedagogical strategies when including pupils with ADHD in the learning process, and to identify the challenges that teachers most often encounter when working with this population. The set goals were achieved. |
