Povzetek
V Sloveniji stalno narašča število otrok, katerih materni jezik ni slovenščina. Ugotovili smo, da je njihovo vključevanje v šolski sistem z zakonodajnega vidika sicer že ustrezno urejeno, nas pa je zanimala praksa inkluzivnega delovanja dveh osnovnih šol v Prekmurju ob vključevanju učenk priseljenk glede na njihove jezikovne razlike. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili inkluzivno vključevanje otrok priseljencev v Sloveniji, kakšna je njihova socialno vključenost v novo okolje, težave novega okolja, kako so obravnavani z vidika pravičnosti izobraževanja, kakšen je njihov položaj glede govora in jezika v novem okolju, kaj zanje pomeni usvajanje drugega oz. novega jezika ter kako se kaže njihova uspešnost usvajanja slovenskega govora in jezika. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili študijo primera učenk priseljenk z Rusije ter Bosne in Hercegovine v dveh prekmurskih šolah, ki so v sestrskem sorodstvenem razmerju. S pomočjo spletnih anket za učitelje obeh šol, pol strukturiranega intervjuja z učenkami in s pregledom šolskih dokumentov smo ugotavljali uspešnost vključitve v novo okolje ter usvojitve govora in jezika glede na njihove jezikovne razlike. Ugotovili smo, da stopnja inkluzivnosti zaradi mestnega oz. vaškega okolja in načina delovanja šol ni enaka in da na njihovo vključevanje bolj kot jezikovne razlike vpliva domače in šolsko okolje.

The number of children in Slovenia whose mother tongue is not Slovene is steadily increasing. While we found that their inclusion in the school system is appropriately regulated from a legislative perspective, we were interested in the inclusive practices of two primary schools in Prekmurje in integrating female immigrant pupils with respect to their linguistic differences. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we presented the inclusive integration of immigrant children in Slovenia, their social inclusion in the new environment, the challenges they face, how they are treated in terms of educational equity, their position regarding speech and language in the new environment, what acquiring a second or new language means for them, and how their success in learning Slovene speech and language is reflected. In the empirical part, we presented a case study of female immigrant pupils from Russia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are sisters and attend two primary schools in Prekmurje. Using online surveys for teachers at both schools, semi-structured interviews with the pupils, and a review of school documents, we assessed the success of their integration into the new environment and their acquisition of speech and language in light of their linguistic differences. We found that the level of inclusiveness varies due to the urban or rural setting and the schools' practices, and that their integration is more influenced by the home and school environment than by linguistic differences alone. |
