Integration of creative movement in the educational process of after school program |

The thesis discusses how a teacher can include the method of creative movement in educational process of the after-school program , and how the method impacts the versatile development of children and teacher.
Theoretical part of the thesis covers the definition of after-school program and creative movement, characteristic development of first-grade primary school students; their creativity and motivation, with the teacher being important part in integration of the two mentioned contents.
Researched hypothesis are set in a way to have the ability to check if the integration of the creative movement allows consolidation and deepening of learning materials, if the motivation at different moving activities increases, if the method of creative movement strengthens interpersonal relationships in the group, and allow students of improvization and independent expression through the movement. Researched hypothesis as well has the ability to check how the method changes the teacher's view on students and his/her attitude for work.
Empirical part of the thesis presents examples from seven months of employment in after-school program. Analysis of the examples show, if the activity of creative movement shows any improvements. Attributed are also newly gained insights.
Gained experience and insights of integration of creative movement in the process of after-school program have convinced me in positive effects of the method on the students and techer. The effects are evident in child's emotional and social, cognitive, and psychomotor domain. |

Diplomsko delo predstavlja, kako lahko učitelj vključuje metodo ustvarjalnega giba v vzgojno-izobraževalni proces podaljšanega bivanja in kako ta metoda vpliva na vsestranski razvoj otrok in učitelja.
Teoretični del zajema opredelitev podaljšanega bivanja in ustvarjalnega giba, razvojne značilnosti prvošolcev, ustvarjalnost in motivacijo učencev ter učitelja kot pomembnega člena v povezovanju glavnih dveh vsebin.
Raziskovalne hipoteze so zastavljene tako, da je z njimi moč preveriti, ali vključevanje ustvarjalnega giba omogoča utrjevanje in poglabljanje učne snovi, se motivacija ob različnih gibalnih aktivnostih poveča, ali metoda ustvarjalnega giba krepi medsebojne odnose v skupini in omogoča učencem improvizacijo in samostojno izražanje preko gibanja ter kako se ob takem načinu dela spremeni učitelj, njegov pogled na učence ter odnos do dela.
V empiričnem delu je predstavljenih nekaj primerov iz prakse, ki sem jih izvajala v času sedemmesečne zaposlitve v podaljšanem bivanju. Analize primerov prikazujejo, ali so ob dejavnostih ustvarjalnega giba predvideni želeni dosežki uresničeni ali ne. Pripisana so tudi na novo ugotovljena spoznanja in ugotovitve.
Moje dosedanje izkušnje in ugotovitve ob vključevanju ustvarjalnega giba v proces podaljšanega bivanja so me prepričale v vrsto pozitivnih učinkov te metode na učence in učitelja. Ti učinki se kažejo na otrokovem čustveno-socialnem, kognitivnem in psihomotoričnem področju. Opazne so razlike v medsebojnih odnosih, samopodobi, motivaciji za delo, razumevanju sprostitve ter učiteljevi empatičnosti, poznavanju in razumevanju učencev. |
