Sekundarni povzetek:	In my graduation thesis we analized the project for building the housing estate Nova Grbina. We wrote about estimated and factual cost for building the housing estate Nova Grbina. We used this information to compare the estimated and factual costs and to analized the recession between them. We used various kinds of methods for evalution of investment and by using ther criterions, we estimated the financial effectiveness. The evaluation of investment showed us pozitive results, that the project was financial admissible by all criterions. Whith the comapare of financial results befor and after the construction we found out, that the project was carried trought better than anticipated.
