Sekundarni povzetek:	Diploma represents gingerbread making, which is one of the oldest Slovenian handicrafts. The theoretical part briefly defines the term of gingerbread making and represents the division of cultural heritage and the placement of gingerbread making into it. The theoretical part describes the development of gingerbread making in Slovenia, manufacturing process and features of gingerbread products. A segment of theoretical part also describes gingerbread making nowadays and still working gingerbread workshops. Project work is also defined in short terms and presents its crucial features. The practical part of the assignment is above all concentrated on the presentation of each stage and activities of the accomplished project work. The empirical part describes pupils’ knowledge about gingerbread making and features of gingerbread products.

Povzetek (ePrints):	Diplomsko delo predstavlja lectarstvo, ki je ena izmed najstarejših domačih obrti na Slovenskem. Teoretični del na kratko opredeli lectarstvo in predstavi delitev kulturne dediščine ter umestitev lectarstva vanjo. V teoretičnem delu je opisan razvoj lectarstva na Slovenskem, predstavljen je postopek izdelave lecta in opisane so značilnosti lectarskih izdelkov. Del teoretičnega dela je posvečen današnjemu lectarstvu in predstavi še delujoče lectarske delavnice na Slovenskem. Opiše tudi projektno učno delo in njegove bistvene značilnosti. Praktični del zajema predstavitev opravljenega projektnega učnega dela in je predstavljen po posameznih etapah ter dejavnostih. Empirični del predstavlja, koliko učenci poznajo lectarstvo in značilnosti lectarskih izdelkov.
