Sekundarni povzetek: Diploma thesis family reading in the first triads of primary school; design ways to encourage family reading is the result of work that I wanted to get acquainted with and to determinate the extent to which family reading is actually expanded based on research carried out among teachers and pupils' parents in the first three grades of primary school, develop possible solutions. Reading is one of the fundamental cognitive abilities, which is for children who are starting to conquer technique, very extensive and demanding. As the importance of reading in the age of technological advances and new discoveries, is not declining, it is one of the important objectives of school, to teach children how to read so they become functional literate. In doing so, teachers have an extremely important function in addition to direct and motivate students to read, and to ensure that the students are latter also automated. In addition, teachers can also help parents to be much better literally and family reading has an important role, despite the various projects to promote reading in the family, is still not sufficiently aware. In a survey I conducted I was trying to figure out how creative teachers are in the selection of activities that would have an incentive effect and to encourage parents and children to the common reading, but also, what is the actual information and awareness of parents about their role and importance of family reading in the lives of children and the extent to which this is realized in the first reading of the educational period, the most important of intensive preparation and acquisition of reading and writing.

Povzetek (ePrints): Diplomsko delo Družinsko branje v 1. triletju osnovne šole; Oblikovanje poti za spodbujanje družinskega branja je rezultat dela, s katerim sem se hotela seznaniti in ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri je družinsko branje dejansko razširjeno ter na podlagi raziskave izvedene med učitelji in starši učencev prvih treh razredov osnovne šole, oblikovati možne rešitve. Branje je namreč ena temeljnih spoznavnih zmožnosti, ki je za otroke, ki tehniko šele osvajajo, zelo obsežna in zahtevna. Ker se pomembnost branja v dobi tehnološkega napredka in novih odkritij ne zmanjšuje, je eden izmed pomembnih ciljev šole tudi, da otroke bralno in funkcionalno opismeni. Pri tem imajo izredno pomembno funkcijo učitelji, ki morajo poleg usmerjanja in motiviranja učencev za branje poskrbeti, da slednje učenci tudi avtomatizirajo. Poleg učiteljev pa lahko k boljši bralni pismenosti veliko prispevajo tudi starši z družinskim branjem, ki se svoje pomembne vloge, navkljub različnim projektom za spodbujanje branja v družini, še vedno premalo zavedajo. V raziskavi, ki sem jo izvedla, sem poskušala ugotoviti, kako ustvarjalni so učitelji pri izbiri aktivnosti, ki bi imele motivacijski učinek in bi starše ter otroke spodbudile k skupnemu branju, poleg tega pa tudi, kakšna je dejanska obveščenost in zavedanje staršev o njihovi vlogi ter pomenu družinskega branja v življenju otrok ter v kolikšni meri je takšno branje realizirano v prvem vzgojno-izobraževalnem obdobju, ki je najpomembnejše za intenzivno pripravljanje ter usvajanje branja in pisanja.
