Drama dancing as a means of dealing with coflicts in the 5th grade of primary school |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
In my undergraduate thesis I presented the effects of dance dramatisation on reducing conflict situations in the classroom or solving them more calmly.
In the theoretical part I explained the term conflict and emphasised that a conflict does not always mean a negative condition. Furthermore, I highlighted gender differences associated with conflict arising. I also focused on nonverbal communication which in comparison to verbal communication often reveals much more, and shows in a different way what is happening inside us. I also highlighted the term empathy which means one is able to understand and experience other people's emotions.
I also referred to creativity and creative move as important teaching approaches and explained why physical activities are so important for children.
In the empirical part I described nine workshops which I carried out in the 5th class at Dobova Primary School. The workshops included different role plays, drama performances of conflict situations, empathising with other people's emotions and arranging the right sequence of events. I also carried out a semi-structured interview and with the help of my regular notes during the workshops I was able to establish that pupils became more aware of their reckless and aggressive actions, but would, however, need more time and more workshops for a radical change of these actions. |

Z učenci sem izvajala različne igre vlog, dramske uprizoritve konfliktnih situacij, vživljanje v čustva drugih oseb in razvrščanje pravilnega vrstnega reda dogodkov. Izvedla sem polstrukturiran skupinski intervju in s pomočjo svojih sprotnih zapisov ob delavnicah ugotovila, da so se učenci začeli bolj zavedati svojih nepremišljenih in grobih dejanj, vendar pa bi za korenito spremembo teh dejanj potrebovali daljše časovno obdobje in več delavnic. |
