Povzetek
V doktorskem delu je znanstveno opisano doslej slabo poznano in raziskano upogibanje v dveh stopnjah za kot 90Ž ali več v večstopenjskih progresivnih orodjih. Omenjeno upogibanje je proces, pri katerem v prvi fazi pločevino pred-deformiramo do pred-upogibnega kota ter nato v drugi stopnji upogibanja pločevino upognemo do končnega kota upogiba. Osrednji del naloge zavzema razvoj ter implementacija metode za inteligentno napovedovanje tehnoloških parametrov. Za uspešno uporabe inteligentne metode, smo preučili postopke upogibanja ter podrobneje raziskali in analizirali upogibanje v dveh stopnjah.Pomemben vidik za zadovoljivo uporabo metode je tudi razvito in izdelano testno orodje za upogibanje pločevine. Na testnem orodju so bili opravljeni preizkusi, ki smo jih izvedli z različnimi vrstami pločevin. Pri spremljanju procesa upogibanja pločevine, smo merili oziroma beležili naslednje parametre: pred-upogibni kot, zamik matrice pri drugem upogibu, debelino pločevine, mejo plastičnosti, natezno trdnost ter končni kot upogiba.Po temeljiti analizi ter overitvi izmerjenih parametrov smo z uporabo umetne inteligence-nevronske mreže implementirali inteligentne metode za napovedovanje končnega kota upogiba, zamika matrice pri drugem upogibu ter pred-upogibnega kota pri postopku upogibanja v dveh stopnjah. Inteligentna metoda povečuje kakovost uporabe postopka in zmanjšuje število preizkusov. Na osnovi metode za napovedovanje tehnoloških parametrov je moč postopek enostavno uporabiti v večstopenjskih progresivnih orodjih za preoblikovanje pločevine. Razvita inteligentna metoda napovedovanja končnega kota upogiba, zamika matrice pri drugem upogibu ter pred-upogibnega kota uporabnikom omogočaučinkovito ekonomsko in tehnično enostavno uporabo postopka.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHOD FOR THE INTELLIGENT PREDICTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS FOR BENDING SHEET METAL IN TWO STAGES |

This doctoral dissertation scientifically describes the area of bending in twostages for 90° angle and more in multi-stage progressive tools, which has not been well-known and not been investigated in further detail yet. The mentioned type of bending is a process where, in the first stage, the sheet metal is pre-deformed to the pre-bending angle and then, in the second bendingstage, the sheet metal is bent to the final bending angle. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the development and implementation of the method for intelligent prediction of technological parameters. In order to apply the intelligent method successfully, we examined the bending processes and investigated and analysed bending in two stages in detail. An important aspect of a satisfactory application of the method was also the developed and built test tool for bending sheet metal. Tests were performed on the test toolusing various types of sheet metals. In monitoring the process of sheet metal bending, we measured and recorded the following parameters: pre-bending angle, die shift in the second bend, sheet metal thickness, yield strength, tensile strength and final bending angle. After a thorough analysis and verification of measured parameters, we used the artificial intelligence-neural network to implement the intelligent methods for prediction of the final bend angle, shift of the die in the second bend and the pre-bending angle in the process of bending in two stages. The intelligentmethod increases the quality of the procedure application and reduces the number of tests. On the basis of the method for predicting technological parameters, the procedure can be easily applied to multi-stage progressive tools for sheet metal forming. The developed intelligent method for predicting the final bend angle, the shift of the die in the second bend and the pre-bending angle allows its users to apply the procedure in an economically efficient and technically simple manner. |
