Povzetek
Teoretična izhodišča: Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem prikaže teoretične osnove vodenja in opiše različne vplive na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je izredno pomemben dejavnik pri delu.
Namen: Namen drugega dela diplomske naloge je ugotoviti, kateri načini vodenja prevladujejo pri nadzornih medicinskih sestrah na Ginekološki kliniki v Ljubljani in stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi. Želeli smo ugotoviti tudi kakšen je odnos med zdravniki in izvajalci zdravstvene nege.
Metode: Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo za ponazoritev kvantitativnih podatkov. Podatke smo zbirali z anonimnim anketnim vprašalnikom. Sodelovalo je 80 zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi Ginekološke klinike Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra v Ljubljani. Raziskava je potekala v marcu 2013.
Rezultati: Rezultati kažejo, da nadzorne medicinske sestre skrbijo za dobre odnose med zaposlenimi, saj se je kar 91% zaposlenih strinjalo s to trditvijo. Prav tako se je 85% zaposlenih opredelilo, da je izvedba nalog pomembna za nadzorno medicinsko sestro. Odnosi med zdravniki in zdravstvenimi delavci so ocenjeni slabše, predvsem pri prenosu informacij. Zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu je ocenjeno visoko, saj je 61% zaposlenih zadovoljnih na delovnem mestu.
Sklep: Glede na rezultate je potrebno načrtovati izobraževanje nadzornih medicinskih sester s področja vodenja in komuniciranja, ter načrtovati izboljšanje prenosa informacij, tako v negovalnih timih, kot med izvajalci zdravstvene nege in zdravniki.

Characteristics of the nursing team management in ralation with employee satisfaction in a clinical environment |

Background: The presented Bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. The first one demonstrates the theoretical basics of employee management and describes various influences on employee satisfaction.
Pupose: The purpose of the second part is to determine which managing methods are dominantly used by supervising nurses at the Gynaecology clinic in Ljubljana, and the general level of the nurses' satisfaction there. We have also tried to establish the quality of relationships between physicians and nurses.
Methods: A descriptive method was used to illustrate the results of quantitative data, which were acquired by means of an anonymous survey. Eighty nurses, employed by the University medical center's Ginaecology clinic, have participated in the survey which has been carried out in March 2013.
Results: The results show that the supervising nurses are efficient at providing good employee relationships, as 91 percent of them agree with the above mentioned claim. 85 percent of the employees have also identified themselves with the claim that assignment execution is vital to a supervising nurse. The relationships between physicians and nurses have been rated worse though, especially when it comes to information exchange. General satisfaction with the workplace was graded high, as 61 percent of employees are content with theirs.
Conclusions: Results show it is necessary to plan educational courses in the fields of management and communication for the supervising nurses, and to better the information exchange inside nursing teams, as well as between nurses and physicians. |
