Povzetek
Danes podjetja poslujejo v globalizirani ekonomiji. Med razvitimi gospodarstvi ni več protekcionizma, ki bi vzdrževal slabe poslovne modele. Podjetja so se začela zavedati inovacijskega managementa in integracija le-tega v ostale poslovne procese bo zagotovila konstantno rast ekonomskih kazalcev. V prihajajočih letih bo izrednega pomena kakšen bo razvoj kadrov, razvoj novih izdelkov, diferenciacija in stroškovna učinkovitost. Vendar je to le začetek na dolgi poti inovacijskega procesa, ki je vse premalokrat vključen v management inoviranja. Prava ideja na pravem mestu ob pravem času je za marsikoga dovolj. Vendar je realizacija prehoda invencije v inovacije v Sloveniji še vedno prenizka, kar pomeni, da brez pravega inovacijskega managementa ideje ne preidejo v fazo komercializacije.
V magistrski nalogi smo raziskali področje integriranosti inovacijskega managementa v kovinsko predelovalni industriji. Prepričani smo, da je inovacijski management kritična komponenta za učinkovito reševanje trenutne problematike podjetij. Inovacijski management tako predstavlja pomembno vlogo pri dvigovanju gospodarstev iz gospodarskega upada in iskanju novih trajnih virov rasti in konkurenčnosti. V raziskavi smo se osredotočili v segment kovinsko predelovalne panoge v Sloveniji kajti le-ta ustvari približno 31% vseh prihodkov v državi. Zaposluje približno 51.000 ljudi in je v letu 2010 ustvarila skoraj 7 milijard € . Dotaknili smo se tudi evropskega prostora in predstavili stanje in smernice za razvoj.
V nalogi je predstavljen kratek praktičen primer pravilnika, ki je uporabljen v podjetju X. Raziskava je zajemala analizo rezultatov pred in po uvedbi pravilnika.
V empiričnem delu je bila opravljena raziskava na podlagi anketiranja, kjer prikazujemo, kako podjetja obvladujejo inovacijski management, in kako je le ta prepleten s strategijo, vodstvom in motivacijskimi dejavniki. Na podlagi statističnih rezultatov anketiranih podjetij v segmentu kovinsko predelovalne industrije pojasnjujemo, kakšno je stanje inovativnosti in katere so tiste značilnosti, ki vplivajo na dobro sistemsko podprtost managementa inoviranja.

Companies nowadays are doing businesses in globalized economy. There is no more protectionism among developed economies which would support bad business models. The companies are becoming aware of innovative management and integration of it into other business processes is going to assure a constant growth of economic indexes.
The development of employees, of the new products and the cost's efficiency is going to be of the great importance in the following years. But this is only the beginning on the long way of innovative process, which is not involved in the innovation management as often as it should be. The right idea at the right time is enough for many people. But realization of invention into innovation is still too small in Slovenia, which means, that without the right innovation management, ideas do not go over to the commercialization phase.
The area of innovative management integration in metal manufacturing was researched in the master thesis. We are sure, that innovative management presents the critical component for efficient solving of the current problems in the companies. The innovative management represents the crucial role for the rising of economies from its decline and for searching of the new permanent sources and competitiveness. The research focuses on metal branch in Slovenia, as it presents 31% of all income in Slovenia. It employs approximately 51.000 people and in year 2010 it made almost 7 milliard €. We also mentioned European region and presented the situation and some development directions.
An example of the practical regulation is presented in the thesis, which was used in the company X. The research involved analysis of the results before and after its introduction.
The research on the base of the poll was done in the empirical part, which shows how the companies master innovative management and how it is connected with the strategy, management and motivation factors. On the base of the statistical results inquired companies in the area of metal manufacturing we explicate the innovation situation and which are the features that influence well supported system of management innovation. |
