Povzetek
V času zaostrovanja trg postaja vse bolj in bolj specifičen, potrošniki in delodajalci zahtevnejši, pogoji strožji, osebnosti ljudi bolj izgrajene. V življenju sta ključni disciplina in doslednost. Zaznamujeta pa nas dve veliki področji – družina in delo. Obe sta pomembni za razvoj naših osebnosti. Tudi podjetja rastejo in se razvijajo. V dobi hitrega tempa se pogosto znajdejo na tankem ledu. Takrat je pomembno stopiti skupaj ter odkriti skrivnosti kvalitetnega poslovanja. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na pomembno komponento podjetij – to je človeški faktor. Naše delo je potekalo znotraj družbe Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d. V prvem delu naloge smo namenili nekaj besed problemu, ki ga opažamo. Zastavili smo si konkretne cilje, opisali metode ter postavili hipoteze, ki so nam bile v pomoč pri raziskavi omenjenega področja. Nadaljevali smo s teoretičnim uvodom, v katerem smo se sklicevali na že znana dejstva različnih avtorjev. Navedli smo orodja za upravljanje s človeškim kapitalom, poudarjali smo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, izobraževanje, etiko, kompetence delovnih mest in ljudi, redne letne razgovore itd. Z raziskavo smo pridobili vpogled v tehnike, s katerimi podjetje Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d. upravlja svoje delavce. Prav tako smo informacije črpali iz lastnih predhodnih izkušenj s podjetjem. V zadnjem delu smo izdelali analizo rezultatov raziskave ter predlagali konkretne rešitve. Z diplomsko nalogo smo opozorili na premajhno zavedanje pomembnosti človeškega kapitala. Podjetja se morajo osredotočiti na ta ključni dejavnik. Zaposleni morajo biti gonilo podjetja, vodstvo pa jih mora uspešno vključiti v tok delovanja. Večja je povezanost med njimi, več moči ima podjetje za svoj obstoj.

In the time of crisis, the market is becoming more and more specific, the consumers and employers more demanding, the conditions stricter and the personality of people more constructed. Discipline and consistently have become the main components of life. Two big area marks us; family and work. Both are important for our personal growth. Companies grow and develop, too. In the era of quick tempo of life they often find themselves on thin ice. When that happens it is crucial that we step together and together search for the secret of successful business.
In this diploma we focused on the essential component of the company – human resources.
Our work is held in company Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d. In the first part of the diploma we presented the problem we noticed. Then we listed the methods and procedures that we used in diploma, and in the basic of theory, we touched familiar facts produced by various authors. We set ourselves concrete goals, described the methods, and set the hypothesis, that helped us in researching this area. We continued with introduction of theory, in which we relied on already known facts of different authors. We listed the tools for managing human resources, highlighted the importance of employees’ satisfaction, education, ethic, competency of working environment and people, regular yearly interviews etc.
With research we got inside view into techniques with which the company Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d. manages its employees. We also got this information on the basic of previous experiences enquired while working in this company. In the last part of the diploma we made an analysis of results of research and proposed concrete improvements. With this diploma thesis we tried to highlight the lack of awareness of human resources' importance. Companies should focus on that key factor. Employees should be a gear of a company and the management of the company should successfully include them in the company's operation. The company's chances for its successful existence depends on their mutual cooperation; the greater the correlation between them is, the greater the chances are. |
