Povzetek

V diplomski nalogi se bomo osredotočili na trženje zavarovalniških storitev v Sloveniji. V začetku naloge vas bomo seznanili z osnovami zavarovalništva – zgodovino, razvojem, namenom, nalogami in značilnostmi zavarovalništva. Nadaljevali bomo s predstavitvijo zavarovalniškega trga v Sloveniji, pri čemer bomo povzeli razvoj zavarovalništva od osamosvojitve Slovenije do danes, ko se zaradi velike nasičenosti trga bije hud boj za prevlado in pridobitev strank. Nato pa se bomo posvetili bistvu diplomskega dela – trženju zavarovalnih storitev, načinom in strategijam trženja zavarovalnic, trženjskemu spletu zavarovalnic in njihovim tržnim potem. Na koncu sledi še predstavitev raziskave na temo zavarovalnih storitev v Sloveniji, v kateri smo ugotavljali, kako ljudje poznajo slovenski zavarovalniški trg, kakšen poudarek dajejo zavarovanju, katera zavarovanja so najbolj aktualna, katere nakupovalne poti so najbolj priljubljene in kaj igra ključno vlogo pri izbiri ponudnika zavarovanja.

Sekundarni povzetek: Focus of this diploma is going to be the marketing of insurance services in Slovenia. First we will inform you with some features about insurance itself. Such as history, development, purpose, tasks and basic characteristics about insurance. We will proceed to presentation of insurance market in specifically in Slovenia. We are going to explain the development of insurance from the beginning of Slovenia’s independence to the current situation on our market, where we are witnessing a huge battle of dominance. All that is because of a great amount of offer. Next we are going to focus on the essence of this diploma, which is marketing of insurance services. We are going to talk about ways and strategies, 7P marketing mix and the different types of marketing that insurances use. At the end we are going to present our survey where we explore the understanding of Slovenian insurance market. The respondents answered how important insurance is for them, which insurances are the most important. We also researched which ways of concluding the insurance are most popular and what are the key things that matters when people are choosing among the insurance offers.
