Povzetek
V teoretičnem delu diplomskega seminarja sem opisala zaznana tveganja, naštela in opisala vrste zaznanih tveganj ter opisala strategije za zmanjšanje le teh. Naštela in opisala sem stanovanjske nepremičnine, merila, ki jih je dobro upoštevati pred nakupom ter glavne sestavine pogodbe pri nakupu stanovanjske nepremičnine. Vključila in na kratko opisala sem problem mladih pri nakupu stanovanjske nepremičnine.
Praktični del zajema raziskavo o zaznanih tveganjih pri odločanju o nakupu stanovanjske nepremičnine. Anketni vprašalnik se nanaša na vrsto stanovanjske nepremičnine, katero imajo anketiranci namen kupiti; kateri so glavni vzroki, da so se odločili za nakup stanovanjske nepremičnine; najbolj prisotna zaznana tveganja pri odločanju o nakupu stanovanjske nepremičnine ter pomembnost dejavnikov pri odločitvi.

In the theoretical part of the thesis, the perceived risk was presented, the types of perceived risk were stated and described, and strategies for reducing the perceived risk were presented. Residential real estates, requirements which should be followed before the purchase, as well as the main parts of the real estate sales contract were stated and described. The issue of young people experiencing difficulties in buying a residential real estate was also included and described in brief.
The empirical part of the thesis consists of the research on the perceived risk of residential real estate purchase. The survey related to the types of residential real estates intended for purchase, as well as what the main reasons for purchasing a residential real estate were, what perceived risk was most common in deciding on the purchase, and what factors contributed to the final decision. |
