Povzetek
Teoretična izhodišča: Vpliv strokovnih izobraževanj na kakovost dela v Nujni medicinski pomoči je že dolga leta v ospredju letnih programov javnih zdravstvenih zavodov. Strokovna izobraževanja so tista, ki pripomorejo k profesionalni in posledično tudi osebni rasti zaposlenega. V diplomskem delu smo ugotavljali, kakšen vpliv imajo strokovna izobraževanja oziroma v kolikšni meri vplivajo na kakovostnejše delo v prehospitalnem okolju, kjer je na specifične reakcije iz okolja potrebna strokovna oziroma profesionalna reakcija.
Metode: Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodo dela. Kot instrument raziskave smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki je obsegal vprašanja s področja strokovnih izobraževanj. Izbrali smo neslučajnostni, namenski vzorec. V raziskavo smo vključili 64 reševalcev iz treh različnih reševalnih enot štajersko - celjske regije. Vrnjenih je bilo 64 anketnih vprašalnikov, kar pomeni 100 % realizacijo vzorca. Podatke smo obdelali in ponazorili s pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel. Rezultati: Vseh 64 (100%) anketiranih reševalcev meni, da so strokovna izobraževanja nujno potrebna za opravljanja njihovega dela in da bi udeležba na njih kakovost dela zaposlenih še bolj povečala in tako prispevala k boljšemu ter učinkovitejšemu izvajanju delovnih nalog. Rezultati raziskave nakazujejo tudi, da je kar 59 (92%) zaposlenih mnenja da s pridobljenimi znanji kvalitetnejše opravljajo svoje delo, 49 (78%) jih meni da so zaradi pridobljenih znanj bolj samozavestni pri opravljanju svojega dela, 35 (64%) anketirancev zaradi izobraževanj lažje sodeluje v svojem timu, in 50 (77%) zaposlenih zaradi izobraževanj bolje razume in prepoznava življenjsko ogrožajoča stanja in posledično ustrezneje ukrepajo. Slaba polovica anketirancev (41%) se izobražuje enkrat letno, skoraj tretjina (31%) reševalcev pa dvakrat letno.
Razprava: Iz dobljenih podatkov je razvidno, da se anketiranci zavedajo pomena strokovnih izobraževanj, poznajo njegov vpliv za boljše in kakovostnejše delo v prid bolnikov in poškodovancev. Velika večina reševalcev je mnenja, da bi morala biti tovrstna strokovna izobraževanja zakonsko predpisana in ne le dobra volja oziroma finančna zmogljivost delodajalca, ki omogoča udeležbo na le-teh. Ne nazadnje je treba omeniti tudi, da se mora vsak posameznik zavedati pomembnosti samoiniciativnega izobraževanja izven dela v domačem okolju preko sredstev, ki so mu dosegljiva.

Theoretical background: The impact of professional training on the quality of work in emergency medical service has long been at the forefront of annual programs of public health institutions. Professional education is key factor as much as a consequence that contribute to the professional and personal growth of the employee. In the thesis we tried to determine what impact has professional training and to what extent affect the quality of work in prehospital environment tends where the specific reaction from the environment trigger necessary technical and professional reaction.
Methods: We used a quantitative method of work. As a research tool, we used a questionnaire, which included questions in the field of professional training. We chose non- casual, dedicated sample. The study included 64 rescue workers from five different rescue units from the Štajerska - Celje region. 64 questionnaires were returned, which means 100% realization of the sample. The data were analyzed and illustrated with the help of Microsoft Excel.
Results: All 64 (100%) of rescue workers believes that the professional training is necessary for carrying out their work and that their participation in the quality of work as employees will increase even more and thus contribute to a better and more efficient implementation of tasks. The survey results also suggest that as many as 59 (92%) of employees opinion is that educational lessons learned gives better quality to do their work, 49 (78%) believe that because of the knowledge acquired they are more confident in performing their work, 35 (64%) of respondents also believe that with training is much easier to participate in their team, and 50 (77%) of employees due to training better understand and recognize life-threatening condition, and consequently appropriate action. Less than half of respondents (41%) are educated annually, nearly a third (31%) of rescuers twice per year.
Discussion: The data obtained show that respondents are aware of the importance of professional training, knowledge and its impact for the better job in the interests of patients and trauma casualties. The vast majority of rescuers is of the opinion that there should be such a professional education stated by the law and not just good will and financial capacity of the employer, which allows participation in such educations. Finally, it should be noted also that every individual must be aware of the importance of education initiative outside work at home environment through the resources available to him. |
