Povzetek
Namen diplomske naloge je bil ugotoviti, katere načine obvladovanja trme pri predšolskih otrocih uporabljajo starši in vzgojitelji. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 50 staršev in 50 vzgojiteljev iz Zasavskih regij. Za namen raziskave je bil oblikovan anketni vprašalnik. Rezultati so pokazali, da se starši največkrat poslužujejo strategije pogovora z otrokom o problemu, vzgojitelji pa metode preusmeritve pozornosti. Vzgojitelji uporabljajo različne strategije glede na starostno skupino otrok. Pri mlajših najpogosteje uporabljajo strategijo preusmeritve pozornosti, pri starejših pa strategijo pogovora o problemu. Ugotovitve kažejo, da je trma odvisna tudi od temperamenta, ki prav tako vpliva na uspešnost pri obvladovanju trme. Zelo pomembni so tudi vzgojni pristopi staršev in vzgojiteljev. Nazadnje nas je zanimalo, kdo je bolj uspešen pri soočanju s trmo, so to vzgojitelji ali starši. Glede na rezultate smo ugotovili, da so bolj uspešni straši, smo pa pri tem upoštevali še rezultate čustvenih odzivov staršev na otroka, ki so pokazali, da se starši zelo čustveno odzivajo tako na pozitivne kot negativen reakcije.

The purpose of diploma thesis was to determine which ways of managing the stubbornness in preschool children parents and educators use. The study included 50 parents and 50 educators from the Zasavje region. For the purpose of the research a questionnaire was designed. The results showed that parents often make use of strategy of discussions with children about the problem, and educators use the method of diverting the attention. Educators use different strategies depending on the age group of children. In younger, the commonly used strategy is attention diverting, and in older children a strategy of discussion about the problem is used. The findings show that the stubbornness also depends on the child's temperament, and the temperament affects the success in managing stubbornness. Also very important are the educational approaches of parents and educators; it turned out that preschool teachers in kindergarten most frequently use the strategy of attention diverting, and thus trying to suppress the stubbornness before it develops, while the parents try to talk to children and to clarify the problem as far as possible. Finally, we wanted to know who is more successful in facing the stubbornness, educators or parents. According to results, we found that parents are more successful; however, we took into account the results of the emotional response of parents to the child, which showed that parents are highly emotionally responsive to both positive and negative reactions. Educators struggle that stubbornness would not appear or try to divert it, which shows particularly on their professionalism, which parents, however, do not possess. |
