Povzetek
Pri RTC Krvavec že nekaj let ugotavljajo pomanjkanje informacij o dejanskem zadovoljstvu svojih strank. Zanima jih odgovor na vprašanje, kako pridobiti več strank, in zakaj so nezadovoljivo zapolnjene kapacitete smučišča. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo se osredotočili na študijo marketinga športa v povezavi s turizmom. V okviru praktičnega dela diplomske naloge smo opravili raziskavo, s katero smo želeli odgovoriti na nekaj poglavitnih vprašanj. Zanimalo nas je, kakšno mnenje imajo stranke o varnosti in urejenosti prog na smučišču Krvavec, kakšne so njihove preference v poletni sezoni in zakaj prihaja do razkoraka med pričakovanim in dejanskim obiskom smučišča. Predstavili smo rezultate raziskave mnenja strank o varnosti prog, opredelili vzroke za nesreče in poškodbe, ki so povezani s smučarjem oziroma s smučiščem, in podali predloge za izboljšanje varnosti na smučišču. Urejenost smučarskih prog smo predstavili skozi oči vodstva in strank, predstavili smo dejavnike, ki vplivajo na urejenost smučarskih prog oziroma kvaliteto snežne podlage, in podali predloge za izboljšanje urejenosti prog. Opredelili smo tudi preference strank v poletni sezoni. RTC Krvavec namreč zadnjih nekaj poletnih sezon strankam poleg pohodnih poti in gostinske ponudbe nudi tudi kolesarske poti in poletni park. V zadnjih petih zimskih sezonah obisk smučišča Krvavec nikoli ni dosegel pričakovanega obiska. Opredelili smo dejavnike, ki vplivajo na obisk smučišča, in podali predloge za povečanje obiska v prihodnjih sezonah.

RTC Krvavec is experiencing a drop in customer satisfaction over recent years. The company is interested in finding ways to attract more customers and run the ski resort at a more satisfactory capacity. The theoretical part of our diploma thesis focuses on a study of sports marketing in correlation to tourism, whereas the practical part provides a conducted research, in order to answer some key questions as follows. We were interested in customer opinion on part of safety and order on the Krvavec ski slopes, customer preferences during the summer season and also in finding a reason for the apparent gap between the expected and actual visit to the ski resort. We presented customer opinion survey results, identified the causes for the skiing-related injuries and accidents on the ski slopes and also provided some guidelines to improve safety at the ski resort area. Furthermore, we presented the maintenance quality of the ski runs from the management and customer point of view, various factors that affect the regulation of the slopes and the quality of the snow base, as well as provided guidelines to improve maintenance of the ski runs. We also defined customer preferences during the summer season – Krvavec ski resort area namely offers various hiking options and mountain cuisine experiences during the summer, which was yet improved by adding bike trails and a summer park. Visitor numbers during the winter, however, did not meet the expectations in the last five years, which is why we identified the main factors affecting the visit and also presented some proposals to increase visitor numbers in the forthcoming seasons. |
