Povzetek

Diplomsko delo je bilo osredotočeno na družino predšolskega otroka, in sicer tisto, ki biva v ruralnem okolju. V teoretičnem delu smo tako opredelili splošna spoznanja o družini, nalogah družine, vlogah v družini, kjer smo izpostavili vlogo matere in vlogo očeta, o vrstah družin, ki se pojavljajo, in preleteli temeljne spremembe družinskega življenja. Opredelili smo se na družino s predšolskim otrokom in pojasnili vrste vzgoje v družini. Dotaknili smo se tudi religije v družini, pojasnili položaj otroka v družini ter skušali opredeliti pojem "otrok". Nato smo predstavili pojem podeželja nekoč in danes, njegove spremembe skozi čas vse do danes. Pregledali smo bivanje družine s predšolskim otrokom na podeželju in ob tem skušali opredeliti prednosti in pomanjkljivosti podeželja v primerjavi z mestnim okoljem. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati na temo družina predšolskega otroka na podeželju. Kot raziskovalni instrument smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki ga je izpolnilo 83 staršev predšolskih otrok, ki otroke vpisujejo v OŠ Cankova, vrtec pri OŠ Cankova in VVE Kuzma ter starše, ki živijo v občini Cankova in otrok ne vpisujejo v vrtec. Zanimalo nas je, če prihaja na območjih podeželja na Goričkem do kakšnih sprememb v zaposlitvenem statusu staršev s predšolskimi otroki, ali so se spremenile oblike družin, kakšen je njihov svetovni nazor in opremljenost s sodobno tehnologijo. Ugotavljali pa smo predvsem, kakšno varstvo omogočajo otrokom med tednom in kakšno med vikendom. Prav tako nas je zanimalo, katera dejavnost jim prinaša glavni dohodek. Dali pa smo jim tudi možnost subjektivnega mnenja o prednostih in pomanjkljivostih otrok, ki živijo na podeželju v primerjavi z mestnimi otroki. Podatke, pridobljene s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov, smo obdelali s programom SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) in jih predstavili tabelarično.

Sekundarni povzetek: The diploma thesis is focused on the family of a preschool child, specifically in the rural area. The theoretical part encompasses the general knowledge on subject of family, its duties and family roles, highlighting the role of the mother and of the father. Also discussed are types of family and basic changes in the family life. We focused on the family with a preschool child and explained different types of upbringing. We also touched upon the subject of religion in the family, explained the child's position in the family and tried to define the term "child". Also presented is the notion of rural area, in the past and present, with its changes through time. We examined the family's living in the rural area and tried to define the advantages and disadvantages of the rural area compared to city. The empirical part presents results on the subject of preschool child's family in the rural area. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, filled out by 83 parents enrolling their preschool children in Elementary School Cankova, the kindergarten of the Elementary School Cankova and the kindergarten in Kuzma. We were interested in whether there are any changes on the rural areas in Goričko in the parents' employment status, changes in the types of family, what is their world-view and the level of modern technology equipment. We were especially focused on the type of day care for the children during the week and during the weekend. We were also interested in which activity is the main source of their income. We also offered them an option to give their subjective opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of children living in the rural area compared to children living in the city. The acquired data was processed with the SPSS program (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and presented in the tabular form.
