Povzetek
Podjetja se premalo zavedajo, da sta vrednotenje dela in motivacija eni izmed primarnih dejavnosti v podjetju kot podlaga uspešnemu delovanju. Uspešnost podjetja se ne kaže samo v pozitivnem poslovanju in dobičku ampak tudi v zadovoljnih in motiviranih delavcih, ki so vedno pripravljeni dati svoj maksimum na delovnem mestu. Vsako podjetje bi moralo imeti sistem vrednotenja dela in nagrajevanja zaposlenih, ki bi bil pravičen in enak za vse zaposlene. V diplomski nalogi bomo spoznali kako pomembno je za podjetje, da postavi dober sistem vrednotenja dela in motivacije zaposlenih. Brez pozitivnega okolja, vzdušja in klime v podjetju ne moremo pričakovati, da bodo zaposleni motivirano in vestno opravljali svoje delo. Zato bomo v diplomski nalogi spoznali metode vrednotenja dela ter najnovejše poglede na motivacijo zaposlenih. Prav tako pa bomo videli, kako se metode uporabljajo in obnesejo v praksi. V nalogi bomo videli, za kakšen sistem vrednotenja dela in motivacije zaposlenih so se odločili v podjetju Makoter d.o.o.. Videli bomo, kako vrednotenje dela poteka v podjetju in kakšne so slabosti sistema vrednotenja dela v podjetju. Prav tako bomo videli, kakšen sistem motiviranja je uporabljen v podjetju. Učinkovitost tega sistema pa bomo podkrepili z rezultati anketiranja, ki bo opravljeno med zaposlenimi.

The companies are not aware enough, that the evaluation of the work and motivation are one of the primary activities of the company for its successful operation. The success of the company is reflected not only in a positive business and profit, but also in satisfied and motivated employees, who are always willing to give their best on the job. Every company should have a system of evaluation and reward employees which would be fair and equal for all employees. In this graduate thesis, we will see how important it is for a company to have a good evaluation system and employee motivation. Without a positive environment, atmosphere and climate in the company we can not expect that employees will be motivated and conscientiously carry out their work. Therefore, in this graduate thesis we will learn methods of job evaluation as well as the latest views on employee motivation. Also, we will see how to use the methods and how they work out in practice. In this work we will see which evaluation system of work and motivation of employees is used in the company Makoter ltd.. We will see how the evaluate of work is carried out in the company and what are the weaknesses of the evaluation system of work in the company. We will also see what system of motivation is used in the company. The effectiveness of this system will be reinforced by the results of a survey that will be conducted among employees. |
