Povzetek
Glavna tema diplomske naloge je nasilje nad učitelji v osnovni šoli. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega in empiričnega.
V teoretičnem delu smo najprej predstavili pojem nasilje, nato pa smo se opredelili na nasilje v šoli in s tem tudi na nasilje nad učitelji. Ker se nad učitelji dogajajo različne vrste in oblike nasilja, smo navedli, katere vrste in oblike nasilja se lahko dogajajo nad njimi. Skušali smo opredeliti vzroke, zakaj prihaja do nasilnih dejanj nad učitelji in zakaj učitelji o tem molčijo. Ob koncu teoretičnega dela smo navedli še načine, ki bi lahko zmanjšali nasilje na šolah in s tem posledično nad učitelji.
V drugem, empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili dve raziskovalni metodi, in sicer anketo ter intervju. Najprej smo predstavili anketo, ki smo jo izvedli med učitelji treh osnovnih šol. Zanimalo nas je predvsem to, kako učitelji ocenjujejo razširjenost nasilja na njihovih šolah, s katere strani doživljajo največ nasilja, ali o nasilju, ki se dogaja nad njimi, molčijo. Rezultate ankete smo za lažje razumevanje predstavili z grafi ter na koncu še z analizo anketnega vprašalnika. Kot drugo metodo pa smo izvedli še intervju z dvema ravnateljicama posameznih šol. Zanimalo nas je, koliko učitelji dejansko povedo oziroma zaupajo ravnatelju o nasilju učencev, ki se dogaja nad njimi. Povprašali smo jih za mnenje, kaj si mislijo o tem, zakaj učitelji molčijo o nasilju, ki se dogaja nad njimi, ter o tem, kako bi preprečili nasilje učencev, ki ga izvajajo nad učitelji.
Ker je bil cilj diplomske naloge potrditi ali ovreči zadane hipoteze, smo v zaključni razpravi navedli ugotovitve, ki smo jih pridobili skozi celotno diplomsko nalogo. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev smo zadane hipoteze potrdili oziroma ovrgli.

This diploma paper deals with violence against teachers. The diploma paper is divided into two parts, the theoretical one and the empirical one.
In the theoretical part, the concept of violence is introduced first and later on the violence in schools and consequently against teachers is dealt with in more detail. Due to the fact that teachers are experiencing various forms and types of violence, the latter are named as well. We try to define why the violent acts against teachers even occur and why the teachers stay silent. At the end of the theoretical part of the diploma paper, some ways to reduce violence in schools and consequently against teachers are listed.
In the empirical part of this diploma paper, a questionnaire and an interview are named as the two main research methods. The questionnaire was carried out among teachers of three elementary schools. The primary interest was finding out how the teachers evaluate the extent of violence in their schools, where the majority of violence comes from and do they say anything about the violence they experience. The results of the questionnaire are presented with graphs and in the end with the analysis of the questionnaire as well. The second method used was an interview. There were two interviews with two headteachers carried out. We wanted to see how much the teachers actually tell the headteachers and to which extent they confide in them. We also asked about the headtechers' opinions on why the teachers stay silent about the violence against them and what measures could be taken in order to reduce the violence the teachers esperience from their students.
The goal of this diploma paper was to confirm or deny the hypotheses stated. Therefore, the findings that were reached throughout the entire diploma paper are listed in the final discussion. The hypotheses are confirmed or denied based on these findings. |
