Povzetek
V strokovni in znanstveni literaturi je nasilje sorazmerno pogosto opredeljeno kot k cilju usmerjeno vedenje z namenom poškodbe oz. povzročitve škode. Nasilje je torej kršenje pravil varnega in kakovostnega skupnega bivanja, je kršenje človekovih pravic in človekovih osebnih mej. Je tudi zlorabljanje moči enega v škodo drugega, najpogosteje pa se dogaja med osebami, ki se med seboj poznajo.
V teoretičnem delu sem opisala kakšna je vloga vzgojitelja pri prepoznavanju, preprečevanju in obravnavanju nasilja v družini. Zapisala sem, kateri so znaki, ki strokovnim delavcem pomagajo prepoznati nasilje in kaj je potrebno storiti ob zaznavi nasilja nad otroki. Zapisala sem tudi, kako lahko strokovni delavci preprečujejo nasilje nad otroki. Pozornost pa sem namenila tudi vlogi strokovnih delavcev pri obravnavi nasilja v družini, kako ravnati in kakšni so postopki, ko se le to pojavi.
V sklopu empiričnega dela sem ugotavljala, kakšna je vloga strokovnih delavcev pri prepoznavanju in preprečevanju nasilja v družini, ter kateri so dejavniki, ki nam pomagajo prepoznati in preprečevati nasilje nad otroki. Zanimalo me je tudi, kako pomembni se strokovnim delavcem zdijo posamezni dejavniki, ki nam pomagajo prepoznati in preprečevati nasilje.

Professional and scientific sources relatively often define violence as aimed behaviour with the intention of causing damage or injury. Violence is therefore a breach of rules of safe and quality communal living, is a breach of human rights and personal space. It is also an abuse of power of one side which damages the other side, the most common occurrence of violence is among persons who know each other.
In the theoretical part, I have described a role of a nursery teacher at recognising, preventing and dealing with a case of family violence. I have written what are the signs that help teaching staff to recognize cases of family violence and what action needs to taken when a case of family violence is detected. I have also noted down how child abuse is prevented by teaching staff. A lot of focus was given on the procedures that teaching staff need to follow in case of family violence.
In the empirical part I was finding out what role does a member of teaching staff has in recognizing and preventing family violence and what are the factors that help us to recognize and reduce child abuse. I was interested in find out how important are these factors to teaching staff. |
